generally speaking the meta stays 'frozen' based on what it was like the day the round was posted until the completion of the round during all tournaments. so even if tauros gets banned and you decide to play after the decision tauros will be allowed in your game. tauros would then be banned for all subsequent rounds
 
my opp replied with "fite me now bruh" when its 2am my time.
Activity in case he doesnt attempt to get this done
