Introduction: I haven't played much Ubers to be honest and I decided to build a new team and start laddering a bit. After some testing and ironing out I am reasonably pleased with this team however I could use some help picking out any problems and maybe help me with some of the issues I have picked up.

Kyogre has been a extremely reliable lead for me, it can cripple most of the common leads with TWave and proceed to decimate them with it's attacks. He also brings rain which benefits Scizor and Kingdra and usually I'll pretty conservatively with him as he's my only weather changer. Paralysis support is a great aid to Scizor and Kingdra(if the rain is not up) since they are both fairly slow.

Latias is my check to SpecsOgre and a early-game sweeper, her role is basically to setup and do a bit of damage then come back later if she can. Latias is great checking stuff and being a offensive powerhouse. I use Grass Knot to hit both Groudon and Kygore but I am considering Thunder for some additional coverage and to smack Scizor/Metagross who keep ending her sweeps.

Superpower

I honestly didn't think Scizor could work in Ubers before but after some testing I realized he does work pretty well. His role is to give my team momentum with U-Turn and to trap and kill stuff with Pursuit. Scizor enjoys the rain Kyogre brings in as it lets him take Fire-attacks easier.

Draco Meteor

Kingdra is a monster in the rain. Her use to to come in mid-game and start wrecking havoc and paving a way for my other sweepers. However I am considering replacing her as sometimes I do lose Kyogre and if they have a Groudon then she struggles to net a kill.

Fire Blast

Dialga is my "fail-safe" for the team, he revenge-kills things that have setup and can cause some problems for the team. Besides revenge-killing sometimes I use him as a mid-game sweeper. Spamming Draco Meteor is always fun and leaves some holes in my opponent's team. Dragon Pulse is filler in a way however it does have it's uses when I want to revenge something but not cut my SpAtk in two. I am open to suggestions for replacing Fire Blast since with Kyogre's rain it hasn't been that useful.

Dark Void

Darkrai is a nasty piece of work, he serves as my late-game sweeper, when I'm sure they isn't anything faster then him then I bring him in, sleep something then setup and sweep.

Problems

  • Lack of Stealth Rock, this is a major flaw in my team. I really want to put it in somewhere since I've found there's been times when SR would've helped me score a crucial KO.
  • The team does tend to run into some trouble with stall at times.
Conclusion
I'm satisfied with the team however I could use some help in fixing some of my problems and also any problems you can discover. Thanks and please rate ^_^

A few suggestions, if you are looking for a powerful sweeper to replace kingdra, you could try a mixed palkia set. He doesn't have the same ability to set up as kingdra, and will be a little bit slower, but will pack more power and can attack in rain or sun
Palkia @ Lustrous Orb
6 atk/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Surf
-Fire Blast
-Aqua Tail
-Spacial Rend

In addition, this set is very hard to wall, and can get many surprise kills when people expect you to be scarfed. By getting fireblast on palkia, it also lets you replace it on dialga, instead using
Dialga @ Choice Scarf (Hasty)
-Draco Meteor
-Thunder
-Aura Sphere
-Outrage
This set will allow you to sweep in the rain as you have been using it, but will be able to hit steels super effectively (assuming they would have taken only neutral in rain) and will be able to outrage on blissey or latias that try to stop you.
Adding a powerful fighting type move also lets you remove that burden from scizor, who i suggest instead running a life orb set with roost.
Scizor @ Life Orb (Adamant)
-Bullet Punch
-U Turn
-Pursuit
-Roost
It will stop you from being set up bait for the many power uber sweepers, and stop wobbufet from trapping and killing you, and roost will increase his sustainability, having a surprising number of chances to use it in ubers. I think this will help him to serve as a switch-in/counter for more pokemon that you depend on him for, with only a slight drop in damage output, still enough to pursuit-kill latias and uturn kill celebi, among others.

This team should work well, it attacks hard, making little openings for the set-ups that many ubers depend on. Limiting your choice'd pokemon will help with this, although I can see wobbufet still being a trouble to the team. Goodluck!

I recommend you keep Kingdra as it is far better at beating Ubers seeing as it can beat Special walls with STAB Outrages and Physical Walls with Double STAB Waterfall. Just a small question, what more does Kingdra outrun with DD in Rain except from Scarfmin?

I can't give you a full rate, but I can answer your Stealth Rock issue.

The simple solution here is to switch the roles of Kyogre and Dialga. Think about it this way: with Stealth Rock on the field, you don't have much trouble with Rayquaza, as it can't set up on any of your team members unless you lose your head and switch. It may get one kill max against this team. Therefore why do you specifically need a Scarf Dialga for SDRay? Instead, you can get a Lead Dialga and give it Stealth Rock.

Now you can just move the scarf to Kyogre, preserving the structural integrity of your team.

Answering your problem with stall is slightly more problematic. This team kinda suffers against the standard stall team, so as a stopgap measure against this, you could try a Lustrous Orb MixPalkia over Latias. But you may wish to search for more expansive changes.

I know I'm going to sound crazy, but I think Groudon would be a great addition to your team. Now, I know what you're thinking. "Why would I put Groudon on a team that uses Rain Dance?" Well, you say that Kyogre is your only weather changer, correct? With Groudon, you can expand on your team, besides just limiting them to Rain, you would have Sunny weather to deal with too. Now, let me get to the Pokemon part of this presentation.

Dialga is a nice Pokemon with the dual-weather strategy, as he can benefit from Thunder's 100% accuracy in rain, and a boosted Fire Blast in Sun. I think you should, however, replace Dragon Pulse with Earth Power for additional coverage against fire-types, other Dialgas, etc.

Empoleon would make a great lead for your team. It has beneficial typing, allowing it to take hits from just about anything. It can not only take hits, but deal out some major damage. Check this out:

EMPOLEON @ Focus Sash
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
EVs: 126 HP / 126 Def / 130 SpA / 126 Spe
Stealth Rock
Aqua Jet/Waterfall
Ice Beam
Protect/Substitute/Toxic

With an even EV spread, and Stealth Rock, Empoleon is ready to go! Aqua Jet is there for priority, or you could use Waterfall if you prefer power. Ice Beam is for the many Dragon-types, epecially that annoying Garchomp. The last slot is up to you, whether it's about defending yourself or wearing down the opponent, Empoleon will start your battles off right.

Kyogre would replace Kingdra. Groudon would replace Latias. You would still have Dragon power, and with top speed and 100% Thunder-ific accuracy, Dialga, even though he might be a little slower, could still keep SpecsOrge in check. Grass Knot doesn't have an great effect here, as almost all of the Pokemon in the Uber metagame are resistent to it. Speaking of Groudon....

GROUDON @ Life Orb
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
EVs: 4 HP / 83 Atk / 126 Def / 126 SpD / 83 Spe
Earthquake
Solarbeam/Swords Dance
Lava Plume
ThunderPunch

This is an all-out attacker. Plain and simple. Earthquake for STAB, a Sun-boosted Lava Plume, and ThunderPunch if you suspect a switch-in. The other slot is for Solarbeam if you want a Grass-type move, or for Swords Dance if you think further boosting Groudon's Atk would do you good.

Scizor and Darkrai are fine as they are, but Scizor + Sun = Bad, so watch out!

That's all I have for you. Happy battling!

I have some suggestions.

-Replace GK on Latias with Thunder. Otherwise Scizor (lots more common than TTar will screw you over, and Thunder keeps coverage on Kyogre while also hurting Lugia and and doing like 84% to Scizor after one CM. This helps Darkrai a lot at Scizor is very annoying for it. (Also, why not just run Max Speed on Latias? Those HP EVs really don't help too much in my experience, and it lets you stop HP Fire Lati@s that might surprise your Scizor.)

-Make Dialga your lead and Kyogre your Scarfer. I agree with mtr's reasoning here. Stealth Rock really helps your team to get those KOes, especially for Darkrai. Use Timid Max Speed/Max Special Attack as your EV spread so you can still check most Lucario/SD Ray however. A set of SR/DM/Flamethrower/T Wave or THunder will do you well, being able to hit hard right off the bat. Also use Chesto Berry as your item to stop Lead Darkrai from instantly crippling one of your teammates thanks to Dark Void. Scarf Kyogre still gives you that revenge killer you need.

-Switch CB Scizor to the standard Uber Trapper set. (In analysis) - Scizor is your only Dragon resist so you NEED to keep him around for as long as you possibly can. CB gets worn down too fast in Ubers where SpikeStacking is EXTREMELY popular and effective strategy. It also leaves you less vulnerable to being set up on.

-Use Physical Mix Lustrous Orb Palkia over Kingdra. Kingdra is an awesome wallbreaker, but it is vulnerable to weather changes, and changing Kyogre to Scarf means it may not be around for as long as you need it to be, and one reason that you make be lacking against Stall is your lack of a Blissey lure. Palkia is usually a Scarfed pokemon, but with a Mixed set it can surprise and easily destroy Blissey, clearing Kyogre/Latias/Darkrai for sweeps that they would otherwise not be able to make. The Physical Mix set would best fit your team I think, it is an incredibly hard to stop wallbreaker and will help protect you against Stall, plus it gives you a lot more power against Blissey while not losing much Special attack power. (Your Special Attacks are roughly as strong as standard Scarf Palkia, as least for Spacial Rend.)

That's all I have. Good luck! Ubers sure is fun. :)

With Palkia now on your team I would suggest using Latios in place of Latias. From your description, it seems Latias will mainly be acting as a sweeper, which is something Latios is better off doing. Palkia is definatley capable of switching in on Specs Waterspout so there's little reason to use Latias instead. A simple set of CM-Dragon Pulse-Thunder-Recover will work fine for the most part. I would avoid using Draco if you plan on trying to open up the mid game with him due to the SAtk drop leaving him prone to Pursuiters. Latios' Thunder has just enough power to nail Scizor and Metagross while Latias' is a bit lacking, and he scores a few other crucial KOs that Latias misses.
