Is there a way I can access the file that holds server's tiers? I'm making an application and would like to have tier lists automatically updated.
As a reference, PO's config file can be easily accessed by anyone and I already made a parser for it.

No, there is not. Our server is not synchronized to our forum server in any way.

Or just any way to get them structured and updated?

Not in any automated form that you can just grab from the website. Like I said, the forum and PO servers are not synchronized in any way. The best I can do is provide a download link for you to the tiers.xml file if you really need it.
