Tips for my RU Team?

I'm fairly new to using Pokémon Showdown, and given how daunting I find OU, I opt to play RU or UU. The team I've been using in SV (Gen 9) RU was thrown together quickly (I play this at work on slow days, don't tell!) with my goal being to simply have a variety of Pokémon and types (Offensive, Defensive, Utility). I haven't played a ton, but I'm currently floating around the starting ELO with a win/loss rate of 50/50. I don't dislike my team, I think it's quite fun, but I know there are some glaring holes that my inexperience can't quite figure out. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Krookodile (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot
- Stone Edge

My primary offensive mon. I've mainly used Krookodile as a late game sweeper. Moxie paired with Choice Scarf and fairly wide coverage makes it easy for her to pick off weakened mons and snowball. A bit of a glass canon that I've had a fair amount of success with. I'm not super familiar with how to optimize Tera Type, so I just opted to use Ground for STAB Earthquake (I rarely Terastallize her anyway). I've also considered using Bulk Up instead of Choice Scarf as getting locked into Earthquake when the opponent can Levitate (etc...) has posed problems.

Hariyama (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Thick Fat
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Bullet Punch
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Basically my final coup-de-grace. I've had decent success sending Hariyama out mid to late game, Belly Drum, and sweep or at the very least put a nice dent in the other team. In a couple instances I've come back to win from only having Hariyama left while my opponent has 3 mons left. Sitrus Berry is pretty self explanatory bringing me back up to 75% health after Belly Drum (a quick Knock Out counters this unfortunately). Drain Punch keeps me health while chipping away at my opponents health. Tera Steel for added bulk (this Steel Type nearly won me a game when my opponent's final mon tried using Iron Head against me, unfortunately some lucky flinches on their part caused me to lose). Another glass canon. Super risky. Fairly happy with him. Some tips to mitigate risk (if there are any) or tips for when to switch in would be appreciated.

Blissey @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave

Standard Stealth Rock wall build. Out of all the mons on my team, I think I'm most happy with Blissey. In most of my games she has put in work walling out offensive mons, stalling with Thunder Wave, and chipping away with a reliable Seismic Toss. Soft Boiled (paired with Natural Cure) keeps me alive longer and can deny mons trying to chip damage her. Heavy-Duty Boots lets me swap into hazards for free (aka my spikes opener Froslass). A cheeky Tera Ghost lets me block out attempts at a quick Fighting type move (RIP High Jump Kick). Overall, very happy with this one.

Avalugg-Hisui (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Strong Jaw
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Avalanche
- Body Press

Out of all the mons on my team, I'm the least happy with Avalugg. My original idea was to have a decent physical wall to pair with Blissey's special defense, but it hasn't really felt worth it. The best use I get out of this thing is a quick (or not so quick) Rapid Spin or a sneaky kill with Avalanche if I manage to tank a hit. Not sure what I was thinking with Fairy Tera type (this thing dies just looking at Flash Cannon, aka Magnezone). Honestly any suggestions on a better Rapid Spinner or physical wall would be appreciated!

Eelektross (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Thunder Punch
- Drain Punch
- Dragon Tail
- Coil

Eelektross is another sweeper of sorts. It's surprising bulk allows me to generally get off a Coil or two before putting in work with it's decent coverage moves. Dragon Tail can force swap outs and let me Coil some more. Drain Punch let's me heal while chipping away at health (paired with Leftovers). Thunder Punch for STAB. It's lack of weaknesses is probably this mons greatest appeal and helps it stay alive.

Froslass @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Cursed Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex

My opener and Spikes setter. After setting up a couple Spikes, I'll generally switch to Blissey, that is if Froslass is still alive cause she is frail. She's basically my suicide opener. I've had some instances where my opponent will have an opener that can't do quick work with Froslass allowing me to set up will-o-wisp into Hex, but generally they'll switch if they can't do much immediately. If my opponent switches, odds are I switch unless I just sack Froslass after setting up. If she's still alive mid to late game I like to utilize her ghost typing to bait out fighting type moves and the likes (generally aimed at my Blissey). Heavy Duty Boots let's me swap into hazards easy (especially if I opt to open with Stealth Rocks Blissey). Taunt was a sneaky move choice, but considering how frail Froslass is, 99% of the time I feel like it's not worth it. The idea was to deny other mons from setting up. Not 100% happy with her. Any suggestions on a better spikes setter or opener would be appreciated!

I feel like a decent foundation is there, but a lot of kinks need to be ironed out. Thanks in advance for any tips and suggestions for my team! Would love to improve at RU! Been enjoying Pokémon Showdown a lot, but team building can feel overwhelming for an inexperienced player. (New to this, so I hope I followed all the rules)

Wow I wouldn't expect these all to be ru! Blissey's hay day is over, but heatran is shocking. Anyway I don't play tiers, but your hariyama is surprising. Can't argue with 252 def blissey, but look into calm for base stat. Def is a trivial base stat, so low increase.
