Extremely consistent mon throughout the whole generation tbh, as much as I dislike it Regi have always been very good doing the same thing and running the same set with very little changes (Running EQ more consistently than in ORAS for example). My pick for #2, gotta respect the Regi.
 
Registeel is our #2 titan! Congratulations Mr. Regi for the consistency through the whole gen which is remarkable on its own right. Always good for 2 gens.

milotic (it was constantly good, even tho it dropped af recently, but in overall it was very consistent)
 
Mega Blastoise

Mon was consistently great throughout the entire generation, was by far the best offensive removal in the tier for pretty much the whole thing, and was very splashable, people adapted to it later on in the generation but it's still an influential mon overall in my opinion.

Can't ignore when it was outright broken, and even after introducing a bunch of mons or the rising in viability of mons that hurt it a bit, she remains consistently good and always does the job of checking whatever its supposed to check very effectively

Was broken, got a bit worse, but remains pretty good
 
Still Durant, dominated the meta by being an outstanding breaker, setup sweeper and cleaner, decided the viability of mons and even playstyles. Teambuilding was dictated by its presence for a long while and was a huge factor in multiple officials
