top 10 worst teams in theory but i've gone 9-2 with it

well the title says it all my team sucks but it works cuz opponetnets aren't to ready for it

alright so i'm new here and i'm trying to make a competitive team so lets start

froslass @ focus sash
ability snow veil
nature timid
evs 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- spikes
- destiny bond
- taunt
- icebeam/shadowball

a very nice suicide lead no matter what he can get spikes off and can really play mind games with destiny bond and taunt with 110 base speed he can be a nuesence, i've never seen him used as a lead and he is brand new to my team and was thinking hmmmm lets right him on smogon see if he works... i'm kinda scepticale and would go back to my bronzong if this doesn't work

porygon-z @ choice scarf
Ability-adaptability
Nature-modest
evs 252 spatk 252 speed 4 hp
-tri attack
-icebeam
-shadow ball (been working wonders)
-thunderbolt

hmm this used to be my gengar but now i'm feeling like porygon z will do the job a smidge better, stronger stab and amazing typecoverage make him a beast he is my main revenge killer along with starmie.... bolt beam is a solid and triattack for a beast stab, and shadowball has been coming in handy a lot recently really enjoy how smooth this set all works and i'm trying to get a new one with hp fighting but until that my shadowball will have to do

Gliscor (physical sweeper) @leftys
ability hyper cutter
nature jolly
evs 252 hp 216 speed 40 atk
- swords dance
- roost
- earthquake
- stone edge

gliscor is my main physical sweeper he can come in on a sleeping pokemon and just set up for a sweep, earthquake and stone edge give me amazing type coverage, main weakness is ice and if i predict i can switch to my starmie, i really love him and with leftovers it makes him even more of a threat

Mixmence @ lifeorb
ability intimidate
nature rash
evs 80 Atk / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
- draco meteor
- fire blast
- earthquake
- outrage

roost is my mence's new move haven't tried it yet i was just told you use it, i was thinking maybe trying to give him chrunch to deal with some alakazam which i always end of facing he is my only scizor counter and need help against him...

starmie @ choice specs/
ability natural cure
nature timid
evs 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- ice beam
- thunderbolt
- surf
- trick

alot of people think i should have him no trick to trick that scarf but id rather just bring him in and surf or do what ever super effective move and just finish off and switch out when i'm scarred don't know about the last move, i love psychic cuz it gives him like ultra coverage and with specs he hits hard but the thing is i need a spinner but we'll find out

scizor choice band
ability technician
nature adament
evs 176 HP / 100 Atk / 176 SpD / 56 Spe
- u turn
- arial ace
- bullet punch
- super power

with great type coverage he can switch in on alot of hits and take em like a champ only threat to scizor is fire and thats well known with pretty solid defense he is kinda my defensive wall as well strong minded and can sweep at end of game..... well ya thats my team took this set straight from smogon becuz most of my buddies use ubers just all out attack no stratagy haha well hope he helps against them

scizor is a tough customer against my team i don't have too much against him but yes

hmm my lead seems weak but i like trying new things....

other possible leads
bronzong my good old reliable lead
skarmory (i haven't seen this guy as a lead in who knows how long)
and forretress (was on the original team but ditched him for a scizor

Alright, I'm not a good team rater or builder, so I'm just going to help with EVs/movespreads and not changing the Pokemon.

First, a Choice Band Scizor should not be using Roost. Throw Superpower on there for some coverage. You won't use it often, but it will come into play much more than Roost.

You should also be running an EV spread along the lines of 248 HP/252 ATK/8 Speed.

Next, a MixMence only needs that much attack if it is running Outrage, really, and even then, Draco Meteor is your main attack. I'd change the EVs to 252 SPA/252 Speed/4 ATK, replace Brick Break with Earthquake, and replace Roost with Outrage. You won't have as much longevity, but you'll be much more of an offensive threat and the only thing you lose coverage against is Blissey, which will be 1hko'd if it gets around 60 or 70%. I'd go with a Naive nature too so you outspeed more and don't lose any attacking power.

Well.. I hope I helped. Oh well.

Switch aerial ace for pursuit on Scizor, trust me it's a whole lot more effective.
To deal with scizor I would personally use a DD-tar with Babiri Berry and Dragon Dance/ Fire Punch/ Stone Edge/ Crunch.

good luck.

Hmm... you could try Magnezone over Gengar. HP Grass kills swampert easily, and it can also trap and kill Scizor (with 1-2 T-bolts), especially Choice Banders locked into Bullet Punch. It's not nearly as fast as Gengar though, and it dies pretty much instantly to Earthquakes.
