I hate to say it, but Torchic with Speed Boost is unavailable in Little Cup since the only ones are level 10 and male. You'll basically need to redo this...

My client said it was legal just yesterday, I was using it on the main server. It probably wasn't activating and I wasn't noticing it... x.x

That was really dumb. I'm really sorry, and I'll fix this ASAP.
