Skarmory utilizes Torment, Protect, and Sturdy to catch Choice item users off guard. With the combination of Aguav Berry + Sturdy, Skarmory can take a hit, recover some health with Aguav Berry, and use Torment, which forces common non-Trick Choice item users into Struggle such as Magnezone, Galarian Darmanitan, and Urshifu-S. Taunt is to shut down stall Pokemon such as Chansey, Galarian Corsola, and Corviknight. Roost is for recovering health after taking damage from Seismic Toss from Chansey, Night Shade from Galarian Corsola, and Struggle from the Choice item users. Speed EVs are to ensure Skarmory can outspeed as many pokemon as possible to effectively shut them down such as Corviknight.

Against Crustle, Skarmory should use Taunt immediately, as this covers both Choice Band and Shell Smash sets, since Skarmory will either Taunt the expected Shell Smash or survive any hit from Crustle due to Sturdy. If the damage suggests Choice Band Crustle, Skarmory will then PP stall with any combination of Torment and Roost. Whilst Skarmory would usually lose to Electric-types, it has solid matchups against common Electric-type Choice item users such as Magnezone and Dracozolt. Outside of these exceptions, Skarmory needs teammates such as Haxorus, Rotom-H, and Rillaboom that can generally alleviate Electric weaknesses. Similarly, Water-types including Primarina and Rotom-W make for good partners, as they cover Skarmory's Fire-type weaknesses such as Arcanine and Alolan Marowak. It should also be noted that due to the mono-status move nature of this set, Skarmory is walled by opposing Taunt Pokemon such as Rillaboom, Haxorus, and Whimsicott. Team options to deal with these threats include Avalugg and Galarian Weezing.

Taunt is to shutdown stall Pokemon such as Chansey, Galarian Corsola, and Corviknight. Roost is for recovering health from Seismic Toss from Chansey, Night Shade from Galarian Corsola, and Iron Head from CorviknightStruggle from the Choice-itemed attackersobv you tank ihs, more important imo to mention struggle. 232 Speed EV's and Timid Nature is for speed creeping Corviknight. The rest of EV's are dumped into HP ad Defense.

Skarmory can catch Choice-itemed users off-guard by using a combination of Torment and Protect to force them to use Struggle. One troubling matchup would be against Crustle, Skarmory would use Taunt immediately to scout if it's Choice Band Crustle or prevents it from using Shell Smash. If it is Choice Band Crustle Skarmory will then Roost and Torment. While being a Flying-type it would normally lose to Electric-types namely Magnezone and Dracozolt, but due to them having a high usage of Choice-items, a combination of Torment and Protect is able to win against them. Water-type Pokemon such as Primarina and Rotom-W go very well with Skarmory since they can cover the Fire-type weakness of Rotom-H, Alolan Marowak, and Volcarona. Skarmory can deal with the aforementioned Electric-types.
looks solid, gonna give it 1/2 when implemented

Take a look at how I've scrapped what you've said and instead put it into better context, which makes for a much more thorough and detailed analysis. It's always better to aim for too much and fall short than it is to aim low and hit the bare minimum. You have the knowledge, and I trust with more of these that your writing style will continue to improve.)
Implement and i shall check again

discussed this in qc channel but 236 speed leaves you open to being crept and it's close enough to 252 + the bulk doesn't do anything specific that you don't lose much just making it 252

Skarmory utilizes Torment, Protect, and Sturdy to catch Choice-itemed Choice item users off guard. With the combination of Aguav Berry + Sturdy, Skarmory can take a hit, recover some health with Aguav Berry, and use Torment, (AC) which forces common non-Trick Choice (RH) item users into Struggle such as Magnezone, Galarian Darmanitan, and Urshifu-S. Taunt is to shut (space) down stall Pokemon such as Chansey, Galarian Corsola, and Corviknight. Roost is for recovering health after taking damage from Seismic Toss from Chansey, Night Shade from Galarian Corsola, and Struggle from the Choice item users Choice-itemed attackers. 232 Speed EV's and Timid Nature is for speed creeping Corviknight. The rest of EV's are dumped into HP ad Defense. (the new spread is relatively simple so all you rly need to say is speed to ensure it can outspeed as many pokemon as possible to effectively shut them down and you can still include corv here as an example)

Skarmory boasts a few matchups which are atypical to how Skarmory would generally be used. (not rly clear what this means + kinda cross references sets) Against Crustle, Skarmory should use Taunt immediately, (AC) as this covers both Choice Band and Shell Smash sets, (AC) since you Skarmory will either Taunt the expected Shell Smash or live survive any hit from Crustle due to Sturdy. If the damage suggests Choice Band Crustle, Skarmory will then PP stall with any combination or of Torment and Roost. Whilst Skarmory would usually lose to Electric-types, it has solid matchups against common Electric-type Choice (RH) item users such as Magnezone and Dracozolt. Outside of these exceptions, Skarmory needs teammates such as Haxorus, Rotom-H, and Rillaboom that can generally alleviate Electric weaknesses including Pokemon such as Haxorus, Rotom-H, and Rillaboom.
