[Overview]
Tornadus-T is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defoggers in OU because of its Speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator. It is also one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom because it can outspeed them, tank hits from them, and stay healthy with Regenerator, opening up chances to freely remove entry hazards. Regenerator lets Tornadus-T make progress against an opposing team with Knock Off, ignore small amounts of chip damage, and pivot with very little risk while utilizing Heavy-Duty Boots. It can also supports itself and its teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switch-ins like Zapdos and Galarian Slowking to make wallbreaking easier. However, Tornadus-T can struggle against Electric-types like Tapu Koko, Zapdos, and Zeraora because of their ability to switch in and force it out with super effective STAB moves and, in the former two's case, reliable recovery. It also fears Knock Off from Rillaboom and Kartana, as losing Heavy-Duty Boots reduces Regenerator's effectiveness against Stealth Rock and makes it more difficult to pivot.

[SET COMMENTS]

Nasty Plot lets Tornadus-T become an intimidating wallbreaker, giving it the power to break through common specially defensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn with ease. Its Speed tier notably lets it outspeed most unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, including Kartana and other fast offensive threats, making it difficult to revenge kill and easy to sweep with. Focus Blast lets Tornadus-T hit Tyranitar and Steel-type switch-ins such as Heatran super effectively. Knock Off is used as a consistent means of punishing defensive switch-ins like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey by removing their item to force progress and make them more vulnerable to other threats in the long run. Heat Wave can be used over Focus Blast or Knock Off for the ability to hit Corviknight harder and its superior accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar super effectively and crippling certain switch-ins. Heavy-Duty Boots enables Tornadus-T to pivot in and out freely and maintain offensive pressure on opposing teams, as well as keeping some defensive utility against Pokemon like Rillaboom and Kartana that Tornadus-T is able to situationally switch into.

Nasty Plot Tornadus-T fits well on bulky offense and balance teams because of its amazing wallbreaking power and team support through Knock Off, making it versatile throughout a game. Garchomp and Landorus-T are great partners to Tornadus-T because of the pressure they exert on Electric-types such as Zapdos and Tapu Koko that would otherwise freely pivot into Tornadus-T. Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support from either of these Pokemon can also help Tornadus-T break through these Electric-types more easily. They also appreciate Tornadus-T's pressure on Grass-type checks such as Tangrowth. Nasty Plot + Knock Off Tornadus-T assists Pokemon that struggle to break past specially defensive walls such as Heatran and Galarian Slowking, like Tapu Lele and Calm Mind Clefable. Tornadus-T is especially dangerous when paired with other strong wallbreakers like Tapu Lele and Kartana, as it can overwhelm shared checks like Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Corviknight. Ferrothorn is also a potent defensive partner because of Tornadus-T's ability to cripple Heatran and other switch-ins with Knock Off, making Ferrothorn's entry hazards more useful in steadily chipping walls.

[SET COMMENTS]

Tornadus-T's amazing ability in Regenerator, Speed tier, and good typing make it an amazing Defogger and consistent check to Rillaboom and Kartana. Its immense role compression as a Defogger, revenge killer, Grass-type check, pivot, and Knock Off user makes it incredibly versatile and justifiable on almost any team. Knock Off is necessary to remove any form of longevity from common switch-ins, most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, and Melmetal. Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off against defensive Pokemon using Leftovers or Heavy-Duty Boots and pivot with little risk with U-turn on forced switches, clearing the way for teammates to break through walls. Regenerator also gives it more opportunities to use Defog with less fear of chip damage and more pivoting ability.

Tornadus-T's ability to consistently pivot makes it very effective on momentum-based VoltTurn cores with Pokemon like Landorus-T and Tapu Koko, especially paired alongside wallbreakers such as Nidoking, Tapu Lele, and Crawdaunt that deal heavy damage when safely switched in. Knock Off's ability to cripple Steel-types and other common specially defensive switch-ins can help specially offensive wallbreakers or sweepers such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele, Calm Mind Clefable, and Tapu Koko win in the long run. Electric-immune Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Garchomp provide insurance against common checks to Tornadus-T like Zapdos and Tapu Koko. They also provide utility with Stealth Rock that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus-T's Knock Off. Zeraora can also situationally switch into these Electric-types and appreciates Tornadus-T's U-turn support and pressure on Grass-types like Tangrowth and Amoonguss. Tornadus-T can provide sweeping opportunities for offensive Landorus-T and Garchomp sets by pivoting out of common Steel-type switch-ins like Heatran and Melmetal and letting Landorus-T or Garchomp set up on a forced switch.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
====

Tornadus-T can utilize Superpower on its pivot set to bait and punish common specially defensive switch-ins like Tyranitar, Blissey, and Heatran better than Focus Blast. On rain teams, Tornadus-T commonly runs Weather Ball instead of Knock Off on its Nasty Plot sets to consistently hit Heatran and provide a strong, accurate neutral move. It can also run Choice Specs or Life Orb to have more immediate power with the heavy drawback of taking damage from Stealth Rock and not being able to switch moves or taking constant damage with every attack.

Checks and Counters
====

**Electric-types**: Zapdos and Tapu Koko, in particular, are reliable checks to Tornadus-T. They can safely switch in and threaten it with super effective Electric-type moves, have reliable recovery in Roost, and are resistant to most of Tornadus-T's coverage options. Zapdos can also threaten to neutralize Tornadus-T through a Static paralysis on an attempted Knock Off or U-turn. Zeraora can also situationally check it, although its lack of recovery makes it an inconsistent switch-in.

**Knock Off**: Although Tornadus-T is a great check to both Rillaboom and Kartana, it can be gradually weakened over time with entry hazards pressure and Knock Off removing its Heavy-Duty Boots. This may result in it being overwhelmed, especially when facing Choice Band variants.

**Ice-types**: Ice-types like Kyurem and Weavile, if pivoted in safely or revenge killing, can threaten Tornadus-T and force it out if it is unboosted. However, they can be outlasted with hazard pressure and are generally inconsistent checks due to their lack of longevity.

Hi there! AM QC check, implement what you think would be useful.

[Overview]

- Tornadus-Therian is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defog users in the tier because of its speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator.
- Tornadus-Therian is one of the most versatile and splashable Pokemon in the metagame because of its offensive and defensive utility utilizing Regenerator and its expansive movepool.
I think you can merge both phrases in bold and make one unique sentence about the traits of Tornadus-T like its great speed tier, bulk, boosting or utility options and ability. This is just to make it easier for the reader to know about the good qualities of using Tornadus-T.

[Overview]
- It is one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom through its speed tier and bulk, and can help support teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switchins like Zapdos or Slowking-Galar.
Maybe this phrase can be divided in two. Its ability to check premier Grass-types on the tier like Rillaboom and Kartana and force them out because of the threat of Hurricane. And the fact that it can make progress through Knock Off or U-turn on switch-ins and give some examples. Both facts can be linked, but also can work independently.

Also, in the introduction, I think you should remark that Zapdos is a massive nuisance for it. Both can compete for a spot on the team because they check similar things, and Zapdos has its perks over Tornadus-T like Roost and Static. On a 1v1 scenario Tornadus-T can cripple it with Knock Off removing its HDB, in return, Zapdos can cripple it with Static or Discharge paralysis, which renders Tornadus-T nearly useless because it relies so much on its speed tier to check the threats that is supposed to (this can apply to random T-wave from Ferrothorn or Clefable). Also, make an statement of Tornadus-T and HDB because many of the pokemon it checks can carry Knock Off, removing the boots, which can put it into range of some attacks factoring in SR damage . For example, CB Kartana can knock off boots on the first switch-in and then on the second switch-in of Tornadus-T, it has a 81% of OHKO Defog set after rocks with CB Smart Strike. I think it is important to state that because a great part of its longevity is due to boots.

[SET COMMENTS]

- Nasty Plot lets Tornadus-Therian become an intimidating wallbreaker, giving it the power to break through common specially defensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn fairly easily.
- Its speed tier lets it outspeed most unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, making it difficult to revenge kill by any defensive Pokemon and most offensive ones too.
- Focus Blast lets Tornadus-Therian hit Steel-type switchins such as Heatran, Melmetal, and Ferrothorn super effectively. Alternatively, Heat Wave can be used to hit Corviknight stronger with more consistent accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar.
- Knock Off is used as a consistent means of baiting in Pokemon like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey and removing their item to make them vulnerable to other threats in the long run.
- Heavy-Duty Boots are used to be able to pivot in and out freely in order to maintain offensive pressure on opposing teams, as well as keep some defensive utility vs Pokemon like Rillaboom and Kartana that Tornadus-Therian is able to situationally switch into.

- Garchomp and Landorus-Therian are great partners to Tornadus-Therian because of the pressure they exert on Electric-types such as Zapdos and Tapu Koko respectively that would otherwise pivot into Tornadus-Therian freely. Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support can help Tornadus-Therian break through these Electric-types more easily.
- Nasty Plot + Knock Off Tornadus-Therian can benefit a lot of Pokemon that struggle to break past specially defensive walls such as Heatran or Slowking-Galar, like Tapu Lele and Calm Mind Clefable.
I think there is a lot of innecesary information on Set Details like the purpose of Nasty Plot, and remarking again its speed tier or talking about HDB. This section should be focused on talking about the moves like the coverage it gains and the ability to hit X or Y mon who otherwise could check it.
In Focus Blast section you should mention Tyranitar, which is a target of the move and without it, it sits there, fears nothing and can use T-wave/Toxic, lay down rocks, or even worse, put a massive dent on Tornadus-T with Rock Blast or Stone Edge.

In teammates, I would focus on what pokemon benefits from this wallbreaker Tornadus-T set. For example, Garchomp loves its Grass-type checks being weakened or removed, the same with Landorus-T. Also both of them likes having Corviknight pressured with the threat of Heat Wave. While the fact that Landorus-T can put pressure on Electric-types, it still fears things like Static Paralysis, and if not Scarf, it fears being outspeed and weakened by Koko's Dazzling Gleam, the same is applied with Garchomp. The second paragraph sounds weird to me. You can stress that this Tornadus-T set can work in tandem with other wallbreakers or setup sweepers like Lele, CM Clef, or Kartana to overwhelm answers like Heatran, Ferrothorn and Corviknight.

[SET COMMENTS]

- Tornadus-Therian's amazing ability in Regenerator and pivotability using U-turn and Heavy-Duty Boots lets it act as one of the only consistent checks to Rillaboom and Kartana in the tier.
- Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off and pivot for free with U-turn, clearing the way for teammates to break through defensive walls.
- It can Defog on most defensive Pokemon and can often clear hazards on forced switches after coming in on offensive Pokemon.
- (not sure what else to say tbh, its role as a defensive pivot is really just to let other mons in and defog).

-Tornadus-Therian's ability to pivot consistently makes it a must-have on momentum-based Volt Switch + U-turn cores, especially paired alongside wallbreakers such as Nidoking, Tapu Lele, or Crawdaunt that deal heavy damage when switched in safely.
- Knock Off hitting common switchins, most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, or Melmetal, can help a Fairy-type breaker or sweeper such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele or Calm Mind Clefable win in the long run.
- Electric-type immunities such as Landorus-Therian, Garchomp, or Zeraora provide insurance vs common Tornadus-Therian checks like Zapdos and Tornadus-Therian. The former two also provide Stealth Rock coverage that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus' Knock Off.
You can add that the added bulk of HP investement and Defog allows it to switch-in into some hazard users like Landorus-T, Heatran and Ferrothorn, however, it has to watch out for Toxic from Lando/Heatran and T-wave from Ferro. Also you can mention that many SR users hate having its item removed by Knock Off, like Heatran's or Landorus-T's lefties, which allows you to make progress. TBH, there isn't much to add because it is a very straightforward set.

This sets fits very well in balance too, because of its inmense role compression. It checks threats, Defogs and make progress with U-turn and Knock AND is speedy which is something balance teams really appreaciates, so you can mention some balance staples that have good sinergy with it like Toxapex, who appreciates Rilla and Kart being checked, also both can form Knock Off spam cores. Tangrowth can serve as a Knock Off absorber because it doesn't care about its item being removed and can serve as a primary check to Rilla and Kart, while checking SR Garchomp, which this set can't do much because it is scared of Stone Edge, and also being user of Knock Off and can cripple things with Stun Spore or Sleep Powder. Due to the nature of the set, it can wear down things like Heatran and Tyranitar, which can pave the way for some sweeper like CM Clefable or Reuniclus.
In Electric-immunities, I would add Hippowdon, as it can check Garchomp, can't be wear down by Koko outside of Grass Knot and can draw it some targets like Zapdos and Toxic it, while laying down rocks, which can rack up chip damage alongside sand, Knock Off and repeated U-turns. wearing down the opposing team pretty quickly.

On rain teams, Tornadus-Therian commonly runs Weather Ball instead of Knock Off on its wallbreaking Nasty Plot sets to hit Ground-types and Heatran consistently as well as providing a strong, accurate neutral move. It can also run Choice Specs to have more immediate power with the heavy drawback of taking damage from Stealth Rock and not being able to switch moves.
You can add that it can also be used in sand teams with Weather Ball as a Zapdos lure, which Excadrill really loves.

Checks and Counters
====

**Electric-types**: Zapdos and Tapu Koko, in particular, are counters to every Tornadus-Therian set. They can switch in safely and threaten it with supereffective Electric-type moves, have reliable recovery in Roost, and are resistant to most of Tornadus-Therian's coverage options.

**Knock Off**: Although Tornadus-Therian is a great check to both Rillaboom and Kartana, it can be gradually weakened over time with hazards pressure and Knock Off removing its Heavy-Duty Boots. This may result in it being overwhelmed, especially when facing Choice Band variants.
.

Here i would add Ice-types. Kyurem is on a massive peak right now, and while it fears +2 Focus Blast, it still can miss and then you have your Tornadus-T KOed by Ice Beam; even there are popping off a lot of Scarf Kyurems who straight up KO Tornadus-T. Also, while uncommon, Weavile is a massive threat. It outspeeds Tornadus-T, can Knock Off its boots while dealing massive damage or outright KO with Triple Axel/Icicle Crash.

Also, Rock-types are threats. Tyranitar, while dislike losing its item, it doesn't fear that much from any set lacking Focus Blast and depending on its set, it can cripple Tornadus-T with Toxic or Thunder Wave, or hit with Stone Edge or Rock Blast.

I'm sorry if it is long, but I think this mon deserves good because it is on such a good spot right now.
Good job!

[Overview]

- Tornadus-Therian is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defog users in the tier because of its speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator.
- Nasty Plot lets it break through common defensive stalwarts like Ferrothorn, Heatran, and Tyranitar. this feels very out of place in the overview and you repeat this in the set comments, where this is supposed to go, just remove this
- It is one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom through its speed tier and bulk, and can help support teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switchins like Zapdos or Slowking-Galar. not just its teammates, Tornadus-T itself benefits a lot itself by getting rid of items especially if its Nasty Plot because then they become flimsy checks to it, you should reword it simply to show this
- Its ability to force switches vs Pokemon such as Rillaboom and Kartana can lead to consistent hazard removal.
- Tornadus-Therian is one of the most versatile and splashable Pokemon in the metagame because of its offensive and defensive utility utilizing Regenerator and its expansive movepool. i agree with the above that this should be merged with the first line so it reads much better
- However, Tornadus-Theriancan struggle vs both Tapu Koko and Zapdos because of their ability to switch in and force it out with supereffective Electric-type moves and reliable recovery. mention Zeraora here as well

you don't mention how Regenerator allows it to outlast its potential checks. Please do, it's a very important point as being able to wear down stuff like Heatran and Tyranitar while still keeping itself healthy is very valuable to its niche a core part of why it's so good, add this please.

Alternatively, Heat Wave can be used to hit Corviknight stronger with more consistent accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar. melmetal and ferrothorn are hit with Heat Wave for insane damage anyway so this isn't a good example, Tyranitar is much better here because Focus Blast is needed to hit it super effectively
- Knock Off is used as a consistent means of baiting in Pokemon like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey and removing their item to make them vulnerable to other threats in the long run.

Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support can help Tornadus-Therian break through these Electric-types more easily. this doesn't really explicitly state how Garchomp and Landorus-T pressures them; you mention this in your last point but you don't link it back to Garchomp and Landorus-T or put enough focus onto it, reword this sentence.

- Tornadus-Therian's amazing ability in Regenerator and pivotability using U-turn and Heavy-Duty Boots lets it act as one of the only consistent checks to Rillaboom and Kartana in the tier. the focus is a tad on the wrong place, the reason why it's a good check to those two outside of Regenerator is its amazing Speed and solid enough bulk, reword this
- Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off and pivot for free with U-turn, clearing the way for teammates to break through defensive walls.

- Knock Off hitting common switchins, most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, or Melmetal, can help a Fairy-type breaker or sweeper such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele or Calm Mind Clefable win in the long run. This doesn't tell me why Knock Off is so good vs them, and saying Fairy-type breaker feels very specific because multiple Pokemon benefit from having them worn down, such as Dragapult and Tapu Koko with SpDef steels being so good right now, fix this
- Electric-type immunities such as Landorus-Therian, Garchomp, or Zeraora provide insurance vs common Tornadus-Therian checks like Zapdos and Tornadus-Therian. If you're going to mention Electric-type immunities in this point then keep it consistent, and plus, Tornadus-T is a flimsy check to itself, mention Zeraora or Tapu Koko here The former two also provide Stealth Rock coverage that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus' Knock Off.

This is a nitpick, but you should run 4 HP instead of 4 Def because 300 is a Regenerator number. This will add up over the course of a game (1% extra recovered for every 3 Regen uses on top of the increased maximum), and it's not like you care about SR while your HDB is intact anyway. As for the pivot set, 248 HP does nothing because 362 is not divisible by 4—just go 252/4/252

Also, I think Superpower, Taunt, and Life Orb all deserve mentions in OO:

Superpower is sorta decent on Pivot sets if you don't desperately need Defog as it's an accurate option that allows u to do stuff like 2HKO offensive Tran after SR (and pressures SpD decently alongside KOff), KO Kyurem accurately from around 50%, OHKO non-Chople T-tar, force Blissey to use Softboiled instead of Teleport if it wants to continue checking other 'mons, etc. It is pretty weak otherwise tho, especially considering it's uninvested. U can actually also run smth like Hurri+Knock+Superpower+Taunt it to give Blissey the middle finger which is funny.

Taunt is a generally usable utility move for Torn imo. Something like Hurricane+Knock Off+Defog+Taunt is pretty annoying to deal with if ur relying on smth like SpD Clef or Blissey outlasting Torn's Defogs in SR wars, as Torn can just win the war on the spot and then either pivot out or annoy them while their recovery and hazards are disabled at the cost of maybe being KOff'd by Clef. Running it on NP sets lets a healthy Torn style on Blissey/Slowking and can lead to sequences like NP-->Taunt blocking Teleport-->2HKO, and if u run 8 HP w/ it u can always take 3 Seismic Tosses from full health which is nice. It also has utility vs stuff like SpD Pex as it prevents sequences like Haze --> pivot to offensive check, but this is obviously less likely to be a thing and Torn needs to be wary of KOff if it tries to NP on an expected switch-out.

Life Orb is sorta like Specs in the sense that Torn-T becomes sorta tricky to switch in vs (without being as reliant on guesses as Specs Torn is outside of rain) at the cost of SR being obnoxious, and it's cool both for NP Torn and mixed offensive sets.
NP Torn: tougher to switch in on unboosted; also does stuff like this:
  • +2 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Toxapex: 234-277 (76.9 - 91.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes (assuming Sludge has been knocked off)
  • +2 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Heat Wave vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Zapdos: 261-308 (68.1 - 80.4%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock (assuming Boots have been knocked off)
  • +2 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Corviknight: 344-406 (86 - 101.5%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Koko: 131-155 (46.6 - 55.1%) -- 66% chance to 2HKO (only switches into NP Torn once)
  • +2 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Slowking: 281-331 (71.3 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (no longer regens off --> tanks second +2 Hurricane when starting at full health, though this isn't that notable 'cuz it doesn't do a huge amount back and the main threat is Porting out to an offensive check)
  • +2 252 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 465-549 (65.1 - 76.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (puts in range +2 Hurricane later or otherwise has a favourable chance to KO with unboosted Focus Blast down the line)
Mixed Torn:
  • 76 Atk Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Superpower over 2 turns vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 387-458 (100.2 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed KO in 2 turns after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery (<-- this is what a mixed set should EV for)
  • 76 Atk Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Superpower over 2 turns vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 733-863 (102.6 - 120.8%) -- guaranteed KO in 2 turns
  • 76 Atk Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Superpower vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem: 265-315 (67.7 - 80.5%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

- Tornadus-Therian is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defog users in the tier because of its speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator. Its offensive and defensive use utilizing these traits makes it one of the most versatile and splashable Pokemon in the metagame.
- It is one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom through its speed tier and bulk, and can help support itself and its teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switchins like Zapdos or Slowking-Galar to make wallbreaking easier.
- Regenerator lets Tornadus-Therian outlast its most common checks and make progress against an opposing team with Knock Off or pivoting with very little risk.
- Its ability to force switches vs Pokemon such as Rillaboom and Kartana can lead to consistent hazard removal.
- However, Tornadus-Therian can struggle vs both Tapu Koko, Zapdos, and Zeraora because of their ability to switch in and force it out with supereffective Electric-type moves and the former two's reliable recovery.

- Nasty Plot lets Tornadus-Therian become an intimidating wallbreaker, giving it the power to break through common specially defensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn fairly easily.
- Its speed tier lets it outspeed most unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, making it difficult to revenge kill by any defensive Pokemon and most offensive ones too. defensive Pokemon are not meant to revenge kill offensive Pokemon given the fact that almost all of them are very slow, they are supposed to cripple them, fix this
- Focus Blast lets Tornadus-Therian hit Steel-type switchins such as Heatran, as well as Tyranitar supereffectively. this implies that Tyranitar is a Steel-type Alternatively, Heat Wave can be used to hit Corviknight stronger with more consistent accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar.
- Knock Off is used as a consistent means of baiting in crippling Pokemon like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey and removing their item to make them vulnerable to other threats in the long run.

Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support from either of these Pokemon can help Tornadus-Therian break through these Electric-types more easily. They also appreciate Tornadus-Therian's pressure on Grass-type checks such as Tangrowth.
- Nasty Plot + Knock Off Tornadus-Therian can benefit a lot of Pokemon that struggle to break past specially defensive walls such as Heatran or Slowking-Galar, like Tapu Lele and Calm Mind Clefable.
- Tornadus-Therian is especially dangerously when paired with other strong wallbreakers like Tapu Lele or Kartana to as it can overwhelm checks to them like Heatran, Ferrothorn, or Corviknight.

should've mentioned this in my last check but tell me what NP Tornadus-T fits on, you don't really mention where it fits, primarily on bulky offensive and balance teams

- Tornadus-Therian's amazing ability in Regenerator, speed tier, and good bulk lets it act as an amazing bulky Defogger as well as one of the only consistent checks to Rillaboom and Kartana in the tier.
- Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off and pivot for free with U-turn, clearing the way for teammates to break through defensive walls. Regenerator also lets it Defog on most defensive Pokemon and often clear hazards on forced switches after coming in on offensive Pokemon.
- Tornadus-Therian's defensive investment can also let it switch in on some Stealth Rock users such as Landorus-Therian and Ferrothorn, although must fear Knock Off or Toxic from either of them. Tornadus-T is a poor Ferrothorn switch in, it pressures tornadus if anything because of Knock Off and Leech Seed, remove this mention
- Its immense role compression as a Defog user, speed control, Grass-type check, pivot, and Knock Off user makes it incredibly versatile and splashable on almost any team. move this to the first point

- Tornadus-Therian's ability to pivot consistently makes it a must-have on momentum-based Volt Switch + U-turn cores with Pokemon like Landorus-Therian and Tapu Koko, especially paired alongside wallbreakers such as Nidoking, Tapu Lele, or Crawdaunt that deal heavy damage when switched in safely.
- Knock Off hitting common switchins, most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, or Melmetal, can help a specially attacking breakers or sweepers such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele, Calm Mind Clefable, or Tapu Koko win in the long run. you still don't explain how Knock Off helps them, removing their Leftovers and take advantage of their lack of longevity because of that is huge and why Knock Off is so good, reword this
- Electric-type immunities such as Landorus-Therian, Garchomp, or Zeraora provide insurance vs common Tornadus-Therian checks like Zapdos and Tapu Koko. The former two also provide Stealth Rock coverage that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus' Knock Off.

Tornadus-Therian can utilize Superpower on its pivot set to bait and punish common specially defensive switchins like Tyranitar, Blissey, and Heatran better than Focus Blast. On rain teams, Tornadus-Therian commonly runs Weather Ball instead of Knock Off on its wallbreaking Nasty Plot sets to hit Ground-types and Heatran consistently as well as providing a strong, accurate neutral move. It can also run Choice Specs or Life Orb to have more immediate power with the heavy drawback of taking damage from Stealth Rock and not being able to switch moves or taking constant damage with every attack.

Checks and Counters
====

Zeraora can also situationally check it although its lack of recovery and lack of bulk make it an inconsistent switchin.

**Ice-types**: Ice-types like Kyurem and Weavile, if pivoted in safely or revenge killing, can threaten Tornadus-Therian and force it out if it is unboosted. however, they can be outlasted due to their lack of longevity and weakness to hazards

[Overview]
Tornadus-Therian is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defog users in the tier because of its speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator. Its offensive and defensive use utilizing these traits makes it one of the most versatile and splashable Pokemon in the metagame. This is just a repeat of the first sentence and doesn't really elaborate in any way. To be honest, you can easily compress this sentence into the first one and end the sentence with "making it one of the most versatile Pokemon in the metagame" instead of watering it down with the extra sentence. It is one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom through its speed tier and bulk, and can help support itself and its teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switchins like Zapdos or Slowking-Galar to make wallbreaking easier. What is Knock Off's relevance in this sentence? Is there possibly a better way to transition into it? Regenerator lets Tornadus-Therian outlast its most common checks and make progress against an opposing team with Knock Off or pivoting with very little risk. I think the focus is a little off here; it's not really just about outlasting its common checks, since its best checks actually can outlast it. Something I'd be looking at more is that Regenerator lets it find way more switch-in opportunities especially in tandem with HDB, and makes chip damage far less consequential for it to take. It doesn't really care as much about taking on U-turns for example since it not only resists the move, but has absolutely no qualms in healing it off. You could probably have this next to the explanation on how Torn-T checks Grass-type Pokemon for the same reason. Additionally, its ability to force switches versus Pokemon such as Rillaboom and Kartana can lead to consistent hazard removal. However, Tornadus-Therian can struggle vs both Tapu Koko, Zapdos, and Zeraora because of their ability to switch in and force it out with supereffective Electric-type moves and the former two's reliable recovery.

Having its Boots knocked off kinda sucks for it too, albeit to a lesser extent than something like Zap/Mandi due to Regenerator.

Nasty Plot lets Tornadus-Therian become an intimidating wallbreaker, giving it the power to break through common specially defensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn with ease fairly easily. Its speed tier lets it outspeed most unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, making it difficult to revenge kill. This also gives it the potential to possibly even sweep. Are there also any important Pokemon that it can outspeed that may be worth noting here? Focus Blast lets Tornadus-Therian hit Tyranitar, and Steel-type switchins such as Heatran, supereffectively. Alternatively, Heat Wave can be used to hit Corviknight stronger with more consistent accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar. Knock Off is used as a consistent means of crippling Pokemon punishing defensive switch-ins like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey and removing their item to force progress and make them more vulnerable to other threats in the long run. Crippling is a far too brutal way of putting it; simply saying punishing gets the point across more accurately. Heavy-Duty Boots are used to be able to pivot in and out freely in order to maintain offensive pressure on opposing teams, as well as keep some defensive utility vs Pokemon like Rillaboom and Kartana that Tornadus-Therian is able to situationally switch into. Nasty Plot Tornadus-Therian fits on bulky offense and balance well because of its amazing breaking power and team support through Knock Off, making it versatile throughout a game. This should be the first sentence of the teammates paragraph.

Garchomp and Landorus-Therian are great partners to Tornadus-Therian because of the pressure they exert on Electric-types such as Zapdos and Tapu Koko respectively that would otherwise pivot into Tornadus-Therian freely. Garchomp doesn't really scare Tapu Koko too much unless it's completely and fully healthy. Dazzling Gleam blows it into another dimension. Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support from either of these Pokemon can help Tornadus-Therian break through these Electric-types more easily. They also appreciate Tornadus-Therian's pressure on Grass-type checks such as Tangrowth. Elaborate on this a bit, because offensive Garchomp in tandem with Tornadus-T is utterly terrifying and you barely scratch the surface on that. Nasty Plot + Knock Off Tornadus-Therian can benefit a lot of Pokemon that struggle to break past specially defensive walls such as Heatran or Slowking-Galar, like Tapu Lele and Calm Mind Clefable. Tornadus-Therian is especially dangerous when paired with other strong wallbreakers like Tapu Lele or Kartana as it can overwhelm checks like Heatran, Ferrothorn, or Corviknight.

These are great examples, but I can't help but feel like I'd want to see another defensive example here as well. Maybe something like Ferrothorn could be great, as Tornadus-T not only majorly benefits from Spikes, but Ferrothorn also really appreciates Tornadus-T's ability to check Rillaboom/Kartana's Fighting-type coverage and alleviate pressure.

[SET COMMENTS]

Tornadus-Therian's amazing ability in Regenerator, speed tier, and good bulk lets it act as an amazing bulky Defog user as well as a one of the only consistent checks to Rillaboom and Kartana in the tier. Comparisons are unnecessary and muddy the focus. Its immense role compression as a Defog user, speed control, Grass-type check, pivot, and Knock Off user makes it incredibly versatile and splashable on almost any team. Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off and pivot for free with U-turn, clearing the way for teammates to break through defensive walls. U-turn isn't entirely free, namely because Static Zapdos go brrrrnt. maybe just say "pivot with less risk". When is U-turn useful and when would you use it over Knock Off, too? Regenerator also lets it Defog on most defensive Pokemon and often clear hazards on forced switches after coming in on offensive Pokemon. Not really..? Regenerator plays no role in this, this is just a symptom of Tornadus-T actually being able to scare things out since it has an offensive presence. You can reword this to being like "Regenerator allows for it to find more removal opportunities since it is less scared of chip damage", or something like that. Tornadus-Therian's defensive investment can also let it switch in on some Stealth Rock users such as Landorus-Therian, although must fear Knock Off or Toxic. I feel like this is just kind of a given, but I do think something extra needs to be here.

For ways to beef this up: answer questions like: "How does it operate as a Defog user?", "When would you use U-turn?" etc etc. Answering questions like those would help to create more substance in the analysis and better deconstruct how Torn-T operates given that compared to other Defog users and pivots in general, it isn't very cut and dry due to Regenerator and the utility compression.

Tornadus-Therian's ability to pivot consistently makes it a must-have on momentum-based Volt Switch + U-turn cores with Pokemon like Landorus-Therian and Tapu Koko, especially paired alongside wallbreakers such as Nidoking, Tapu Lele, or Crawdaunt that deal heavy damage when switched in safely. Calling it a "must-have" isn't necessarily true? Obviously it's pretty good to have but simply just saying something like "makes it incredibly effective" just works a lot better. What does Tornadus-T pivot against generally, too, and specifically what wallbreakers benefit well from these switch-ins in particular? Knock Off is necessary to remove any form of longevity from common switchins, most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, or Melmetal, and can help specially attacking breakers or sweepers such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele, Calm Mind Clefable, or Tapu Koko win in the long run. Electric-type immunities such as Landorus-Therian, Garchomp, or Zeraora provide insurance vs common Tornadus-Therian checks like Zapdos and Tapu Koko. The former two also provide Stealth Rock coverage that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus' Knock Off. What else? Can Tornadus-T provide anything for them in return? There's the obvious "pressure the bulky Grass-types", for instance.

It isn't commonly run at all, but it is an option; regardless, Nasty Plot generally operates with fundamentally the same set on rain. Weather Ball's main target is Heatran as you said, which it can hit reliably without the hassle of Focus Blast; Landorus-T and co. drop to +2 Hurricane anyway. As always, be sure to mention opportunity costs. It can also run Choice Specs or Life Orb to have more immediate power with the heavy drawback of taking damage from Stealth Rock and not being able to switch moves or taking constant damage with every attack. I'll correspond with QC about this one; leave it alone for now, I want to make progress on checks so I'm gonna just leave this note here and you can implement everything else.

**Electric-types**: Zapdos and Tapu Koko, in particular, are reliable checks counters to each Tornadus-Therian set. They can switch in safely and threaten it with supereffective Electric-type moves, have reliable recovery in Roost, and are resistant to most of Tornadus-Therian's coverage options. Zeraora can also situationally check it although its lack of recovery and lack of bulk make it an inconsistent switch-in. Zapdos is also a pretty big pain because of Static activating on U-turn/Knock Off, which just renders its utility null if paralyzed.

Tornadus-T can utilize Superpower on its pivot set to bait and punish common specially defensive switch-ins(AH) like Tyranitar, Blissey, and Heatran better than Focus Blast. On rain teams, Tornadus-T commonly runs Weather Ball instead of Knock Off on its wallbreaking Nasty Plot sets to consistently hit Heatran consistently as well as providing and provide a strong, accurate neutral move. It can also run Choice Specs or Life Orb to have more immediate power with the heavy drawback of taking damage from Stealth Rock and not being able to switch moves or taking constant damage with every attack.

Checks and Counters
====

**Electric-types**: Zapdos and Tapu Koko, in particular, are reliable checks to Tornadus-T. They can safely switch in safely and threaten it with super effective(spacing) Electric-type moves, have reliable recovery in Roost, and are resistant to most of Tornadus-T's coverage options. Zapdos can also threaten to neutralize Tornadus-T through a Static paralysis on an attempted Knock Off or U-turn. Zeraora can also situationally check it,(AC) although its lack of recovery and make makes it an inconsistent switch-in.

**Knock Off**: Although Tornadus-T is a great check to both Rillaboom and Kartana, it can be gradually weakened over time with hazards pressure and Knock Off removing its Heavy-Duty Boots.

[Overview]

Tornadus-T is one of the best wallbreakers, pivots, and Defog users Defoggers in the tier OU because of its Speed tier, coverage options, and amazing ability in Regenerator, making it one of the most versatile threats in the metagame. It is also one of the premier checks to common Grass-type threats such as Kartana and Rillaboom through its Speed tier, bulk, and pivoting ability with Regenerator, opening up chances to freely remove entry hazards (optional, but consider rewording this because it almost reads verbatim like the previous sentence. Maybe you could say something like "... because it can outspeed them, tank hits from them, and stay healthy with Regenerator.). Regenerator lets Tornadus-T make progress against an opposing team with Knock Off, ignore small amounts of chip damage, and pivot with very little risk while utilizing Heavy-Duty Boots. It can also can help support itself and its teammates by using Knock Off to pressure common switch-ins(AH) like Zapdos or Slowking-Galar and Galarian Slowking to make wallbreaking easier. Its ability to force switches against Pokemon such as Rillaboom and Kartana can lead to consistent hazard removal. However, Tornadus-T can struggle against both Electric-types like Tapu Koko, Zapdos, and Zeraora because of their ability to switch in and force it out with super effective Electric-type moves and the former two's reliable recovery. It also fears Knock Off from Rillaboom or and Kartana, as losing Heavy-Duty Boots reduces Regenerator's utility effectiveness against Stealth Rock and makes it more difficult to pivot.

Nasty Plot lets Tornadus-T become an intimidating wallbreaker, giving it the power to break through common specially defensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Ferrothorn with ease. Its Speed tier lets it outspeed most unboosted Pokemon in the metagame, including Kartana and other fast offensive threats, making it difficult to revenge kill and easy to sweep with. Focus Blast lets Tornadus-T hit Tyranitar (RC) and Steel-type switch-ins(AH) such as Heatran (RC) super effectively(spacing). Alternatively, Heat Wave can be used to hit Corviknight stronger with more consistent accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar. Knock Off is used as a consistent means of punishing defensive switch-ins like Zapdos, Heatran, and Blissey and by removing their item to force progress and make them more vulnerable to other threats in the long run. Heat Wave can be used over Focus Blast or Knock Off to hit Corviknight harder and for its superior accuracy at the expense of hitting Heatran and Tyranitar super effectively and crippling certain switch-ins. Heavy-Duty Boots are is used to be able to pivot in and out freely in order to and maintain offensive pressure on opposing teams, as well as keeping some defensive utility against Pokemon like Rillaboom and Kartana that Tornadus-T is able to situationally switch into.

Nasty Plot Tornadus-T fits well on bulky offense and balance teams because of its amazing wallbreaking power and team support through Knock Off, making it versatile throughout a game. Garchomp and Landorus-T are great partners to Tornadus-T because of the pressure they exert on Electric-types such as Zapdos and Tapu Koko respectively that would otherwise freely pivot into Tornadus-T freely. Stealth Rock and Toxic or Knock Off support from either of these Pokemon can also help Tornadus-T break through these Electric-types more easily. They also appreciate Tornadus-T's pressure on Grass-type checks such as Tangrowth. Nasty Plot + Knock Off Tornadus-T assists Pokemon that struggle to break past specially defensive walls such as Heatran or Slowking-Galar and Galarian Slowking, like Tapu Lele and Calm Mind Clefable. Tornadus-T is especially dangerous when paired with other strong wallbreakers like Tapu Lele or and Kartana,(AC) as it can overwhelm checks like Heatran, Ferrothorn, or and Corviknight. Ferrothorn is also a potent defensive partner because of Tornadus-T's ability to Knock Off cripple Heatran and other switch-ins(AH) with Knock Off, making Ferrothorn's entry hazards more useful in steadily chipping defensive walls.

Tornadus-T's amazing ability in Regenerator, Speed tier, and good typing let it act as make it an amazing Defog user as well as a Defogger and consistent check to Rillaboom and Kartana. Its immense role compression as a Defog user Defogger, speed control revenge killer, Grass-type check, pivot, and Knock Off user makes it incredibly versatile and splashable justifiable on almost any team. Its ability grants it the longevity to spam Knock Off against defensive Pokemon using Leftovers or Heavy-Duty Boots and pivot with little risk with U-turn on forced switches, clearing the way for teammates to break through defensive walls. Regenerator gives it more opportunities to use Defog with less fear of chip damage and more pivoting ability.

Tornadus-T's ability to consistently pivot consistently makes it very effective on momentum-based VoltTurn cores with Pokemon like Landorus-T and Tapu Koko, especially paired alongside wallbreakers such as Nidoking, Tapu Lele, or and Crawdaunt that deal heavy damage when safely switched in safely. Knock Off support from teammates (such as... or is this meant to be you writing about Tornadus-T? if so, this should go in the previous paragraph) is necessary to remove any form of longevity from common switch-ins(AH), most notably Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Heatran, or and Melmetal, and can help specially attacking offensive wallbreakers or sweepers such as Choice Specs Tapu Lele, Calm Mind Clefable, or and Tapu Koko win in the long run. Electric-type immunities Electric-immune Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Garchomp provide insurance against common checks to Tornadus-T such as like Zapdos and Tapu Koko. They also provide utility with Stealth Rock coverage that will help whittle down teams after items are removed through Tornadus-T's Knock Off. Zeraora can also situationally switch into these Electric-types checks and appreciates Tornadus-T's pivotability U-turn support and pressure on Grass-types like Tangrowth or and Amoonguss. Tornadus-T can provide sweeping opportunities for offensive Landorus-T and Garchomp sets by pivoting out of common Steel-type switch-ins like Heatran or and Melmetal and letting Landorus-T or Garchomp set up on a forced switch.
