Crap. In that case, I need Quagsires to clarify how your substitution is supposed to work. IE if I use endure A2, do you whirlpool A2 or A1? Are you pushing actions back or replacing them?
 
The default is replacing them, which I haven't overruled. Thus Cool Down (Sky Drop).

i.e. I would use Whirlpool ~ Sky Drop ~ Sky Drop, changing because of substitutions if you activated them.
 
Sorry, I was on vacation (and still am within dq somehow).

I see it as replacing, since it does make sense for that to be the default, but (unless I can be proven wrong/Deck stating otherwise), I'd go with what Atheno was saying for anything general (ie the endure substitution), but for something as specific as the single move of the combo, that action would be replaced.
