[SET COMMENTS]
Toxtricity possesses both a unique typing in Electric / Poison and ability in Punk Rock, which boosts the damage of sound-based moves. Toxtricity's typing gives it defensive value, as it resists both U-turn and Volt Switch, as well as Fairy-type attacks from Pokemon such as Clefable. These perks allow Toxtricity to be an effective wallbreaker that puts immediate pressure onto a lot of bulkier teams. Boomburst breaks through traditional checks to Electric-types such as Hippowdon, Gastrodon, and Seismitoad, while Overdrive is boosted by Punk Rock, making it the superior STAB option over Thunderbolt. Overdrive also bypasses Substitute and allows Toxtricity to deal with Pokemon such as Substitute Corviknight very effectively. Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot and gain momentum on Pokemon that constantly switch in on it such as Ferrothorn, which otherwise completely walls this set. Sludge Wave allows Toxtricity to OHKO Pokemon such as Clefable and Hatterene. When Dynamaxing, Max Ooze also boosts Toxtricity's Special Attack, making it even more difficult to handle for bulkier teams. Snarl could be a potential option over Sludge Wave, as it's boosted by Punk Rock and allows Toxtricity to OHKO Dragapult, but it generally isn't recommended because Overdrive still hits Dragapult hard and being able to OHKO Hatterene is much more important. The given EV spread maximizes Toxtricity's offensive potential while being as fast as possible. A Timid nature allows Toxtricity to outspeed threats such as Adamant Gyarados while Speed tying with Dracozolt and Dracovish.

Pokemon such as Conkeldurr, Clefable, and Cinderace make great partners for Toxtricity because they can handle some of the Pokemon this set struggles the most with, namely Ferrothorn and Tyranitar. Excadrill is a fantastic partner, as it not only provides entry hazard removal for Toxtricity. which lets it switch in and out more reliably, but it also provides Stealth Rock support, which allows Toxtricity to pressure teams even more due to the residual damage. Galarian Darmanitan and Mandibuzz are also great partners with their access to U-turn and ability to pivot into Toxtricity.

Obligatory not QC, but. I think there are better options for the last slot of the Choice Specs set. Sludge Wave's main targets are Clefable, Grimmsnarl, Hatterene, and Eldegoss, who only take about 3 to 5% more from Sludge Wave than they do from Boomburst, on average. Besides that it prevents you from being walled by Soundproof Kommo-o (lol). EDIT: This is completely wrong, somehow I calculated it without STAB, I’m a fucking dumbass. Sludge Wave actually does way more to those targets. The other options should still be considered though as none of them take Boomburst well regardless.

252 SpA Choice Specs Punk Rock Toxtricity Snarl vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragapult: 272-320 (85.8 - 100.9%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Snarl is boosted by Punk Rock, and hits one of the main offensive switch-ins to Toxtricity super effectively. For comparison Overdrive is a roll to 2HKO that same Dragapult. The Special attack drop from Snarl also helps you react to Dragapult if it lives your Snarl. For what it's worth, it also hits Runerigus.

The other thing I'd recommend is Fire Punch in the last slot, which is admittedly janky as hell on a Specs set, but it can actually 2HKO Specially Defensive Ferrothorn with very little chip damage.

0 Atk Toxtricity Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Ferrothorn: 168-200 (47.7 - 56.8%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Yeah, you'd probably want to run a Hasty or Naive nature if you run Fire Punch. That's all, thanks for reading.

Possessing a unique typing in Electric / Poison and a brand new ability Punk Rock which boosts the damage of sound moves by 0.3x.
I'd strike out the "by 0.3x" because the specific amount that it boosts by isn't necessarily relevant for the purpose of this part + it’s written kinda ambiguously
Sludge Wave allows Toxtricity to OHKO Pokemon such as Clefable and Hatterene.
I'd mention how the max move boosts your spatk here probably

I'd mention stuff like galarian darm and mandibuzz since they can pivot in toxtricity w uturn

Toxtricity is one of the more interesting Pokemon introduced this generation. Possessing a unique typing in Electric / Poison and a brand new ability Punk Rock which boosts the damage of sound moves. Toxtricity is an effective wallbreaker that puts immediate pressure onto a lot of bulkier teams. This could be compressed into one or two sentences and would help in shortening the analysis, and would also make it read a lot smoother, please do so. In these one or two sentences, you should explicitly talk about Toxtricity's ability to smash through traditional checks to Electric-types thanks to Boomburst, and should then mention that it also brings some defensive value to teams through its typing. Its main attack Boomburst gets boosted by Punk Rock which gives it the ability to 2HKO a lot of bulkier Ground-type Pokemon like Hippowdon or Gastrodon, both which would look to switch in onto it otherwise. Overdrive is another unique addition for Toxtricity which is an Electric-type attack which is also boosted by Punk Rock. Overdrive hits bulky Water-types as well as Pokemon such as Mandibuzz harder than Boomburst would. I think Substitute Corviknight in particular should be mentioned here. You could also briefly mention that Overdrive is boosted by Punk Rock because both are brand new and people may wonder why Overdrive is run instead of Thunderbolt otherwise. Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot and gain momentum on Pokemon that look to constantly switch in on it such as Ferrothorn which completely walls this set. Sludge Wave allows Toxtricity to OHKO Pokemon such as Clefable and Hatterene. When Dynamaxing, Max Ooze also boosts Toxtricity's Special Attack making it even more difficult to handle for bulkier teams. Snarl could be a potential option over Sludge Wave as it boosted by Punk Rock and allows Toxtricity to OHKO Dragapult, but generally isn't recommended as Overdrive chunks Dragapult a lot and being able to OHKO Hatterene is much more important. I'd like for you to explain why Dynamax is generally preferred to Gigantamax on Toxtricity here. The given EV spread maximizes Toxtricity's offensive potential while being as fast as possible. Timid allows Toxtricity to outspeed threats such as Adamant Gyarados and tying with Dracozolt and Dracovish.

Pokemon such as Conkeldurr, Clefable, and Cinderace make great partners for Toxtricity because they can handle Ferrothorn and Tyranitar which are some of the Pokemon this set struggles the most with. Excadrill is a fantastic partner as it not only provides hazard removal for Toxtricity to freely switch out, it can also provide Stealth Rock support which allows Toxtricity to pressure teams even more due to the residual damage and either potentially granting Toxtricity some KOs or a free turn to switch in on a predicted Defog. Galarian Darmanitan and Mandibuzz are also great partners with their access of U-Turn and being able to pivot into Toxtricity.

Good job. This is quite a bit to implement and there's going to be some drastic changes, so I don't want to stamp this immediately.

sorry for slowness I had to poke at the GP standards because I'm out of practice, oops

I separated out the paragraphs some just to make it easier to read my comments, but you should make it just two paragraphs again once you've applied the changes :)

Possessing Toxitricity possesses both a unique typing in Electric / Poison and ability in Punk Rock(add comma) which boosts the damage of sound-based moves. (I believe sound-based is the official designation for them per the ability text.) Toxitricity's typing gives it defensive value as it resists both U-Turn and Volt Switch, as well as Fairy-type attacks from Pokemon such as Clefable. (moved this up from later in the analysis as it's more relevant now) These perks allow Toxtricity is to be an effective wallbreaker that puts immediate pressure onto a lot of bulkier teams,. (remove comma add period) thanks to

(once you start talking about set moves I think it makes more sense to start a new sentence) Boomburst which breaks through traditional Electric-type checks to Electric-types such as Hippowdon, Gastrodon(add comma) and Seismitoad(add comma) and Toxtricity's typing also has some defensive value for some teams as it resists both U-Turn and Volt Switch, as well as being able to take on Fairy-type attacks from Pokemon such as Clefable. while Overdrive is another unique addition for Toxtricity which is an Electric-type attack which is also boosted by Punk Rock(add comma) making it the superior STAB option compared to over Thunderbolt. Overdrive also bypasses Substitute and allows Toxitricity to deal with hits Pokemon such as Substitute Corviknight very effectively as its sound move is able to bypass the substitute as well as bulky waters. (the wording on these sentences felt a little clunky, hopefully this makes it more straightforward)

Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot and gain momentum on Pokemon that look to constantly switch in on it such as Ferrothorn(add comma) which otherwise completely walls this set. Sludge Wave allows Toxtricity to OHKO Pokemon such as Clefable and Hatterene. When Dynamaxing, Max Ooze also boosts Toxtricity's Special Attack making it even more difficult to handle for bulkier teams. Snarl could be a potential option over Sludge Wave as it's boosted by Punk Rock and allows Toxtricity to OHKO Dragapult, but generally isn't recommended as Overdrive chunks Dragapult a lot still hits Dragapult hard and being able to OHKO Hatterene is much more important. (I feel like residual damage implies more KOs for Toxitricity, so this is a little redundant) Galarian Darmanitan and Mandibuzz are also great partners with their access of to U-Turn and being able ability to pivot into Toxtricity.

I made a number of changes to the start of the analysis to make the writing sound more natural but if you have any questions or issues with them please feel free to say somethin. If you're happy with the changes, this is stamped.
