I'd like to inform the audience that Vikavolt exists.
Why is this information important? Well Vikavolt has a few Trademarks it could use that are interesting.
-Sticky Webs
-Charge
-Electric Terrain
-Rain Dance
-String Shot
A unique trait that Vikavolt has as a Sticky Web abuser is threat towards common Defoggers like Corviknight or Mandibuzz. Neither wants to switch into Vikavolt's massive 145 Electric moves and they can't really do anything back because of that Bug/Electric typing. Even with Light Screen and being SpD focused support too.
252+ SpA Vikavolt Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Corviknight through Light Screen: 141-166 (35.3 - 41.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Fun part is that its high SpA and secondary Bug STAB means most Ground types and likes of Hydrapple are not safe from Vikavolt, which is an advantage Vikavolt has over Thundurus-T (besides also benefitting from E-terrain and Trick Room that is).
Vikavolt is also a great setter and abuser of both E-terrain and Rain Dance, due to Vikavolt being slow and having Volt Switch. It can deal more damage with E-terrain, threaten most Grassy Terrain setters with Bug Buzz, then slow Volt Switch out to something like Unburden Hawlucha or Quark Drive Pokemon (btw Pokemon with normal abilities are still viable). Or it can get 100% accurate Thunders, reduce Fire damage, and set up Rain for teammates with that also slower Volt Switch. Its speed also means its more likely to win the Weather War too.
Additionally, Vikavolt also gets String Shot. Since Gen 6, String Shot was actually buffed to lower speed by 2 stages. This effectively gives you a slower Electric type Chi-Yu with better bulk and means to beat bulky Waters like Milotic.
Vikavolt here actually has some interesting Speed tiers with String Shot. After switching in, you either outspeed all Iron Valiants with Modest or even the likes of Deoxys-Speed with Timid. That actually makes Vikavolt a decent switch into Iron Valiant since it'll outspeed it and it resists its Fighting moves.
Additionally, with String Shot, you can still use Sticky Web on your moveset. Why? Well besides allowing you and your team to outspeed more threats, not requiring Vikavolt to switch in constantly to speed control (ie making it so Vikavolt can still outspeed Pokemon that switch in from base 89 to 102 or when the opponent has Gholdengo (which btw ironically is a decent answer to Chi-Yu if you get it on the field first. It can't Scary Face you and if you're Scarf you can scare it off with Focus Blast)), this does mean Vikavolt does not screw itself over by switching into a Magic Bounce user and causing Sticky Webs go on your own team's side. It also means you can spam Sticky Webs against Defoggers like Corviknight too.

Guys, just some random think i notice. Terapagos-stellar form isnt ban, i dont know if this was made in purpose. But if you use a terapagos with her normal ability you can tera and... you know what happens, the result is a extremely heavy hitting pokemon with a free turn to set-up, even more powerful if you got her behind screens!
 
Why does nobody run max special defense Soft-Boiled TM AV Blissey with Seismic Toss, Ice Beam, Alluring Voice, and Shadow Ball? It's one of the only infinite recovery Pokemon that can reliably wall max special attack Tera Fire Choice Specs Chi-Yu Overheat under the Sun without screens and easily annoys physical attackers such as Iron Valiant and Great Tusk with confusion. Heal Bell is overrated.

As the end of the month nears, I believe this format is currently the most unbalanced OMOTM of this year. While I certainly did have fun experimenting with Disable Spiritomb and generic Gliscor, the fact that there are still so many ridiculous threats that are only "balanced" because of Reflect and Light Screen existing seems wrong from a tiering perspective. You know what I'm talking about: the scary Ubers Pokemon that I've been fearmongering for this entire month, notably Chi-Yu, Annihilape, and Shaymin-Sky for their ridiculous performance. Annihilape is able to abuse Spite, Bulk Up, or Scary Face to cripple walls or defeat faster offensive Pokemon, Chi-Yu can OHKO almost any specially defensive wall that doesn't resist it or doesn't have screens up, and Shaymin-Sky abuses Growth to launch devastating special attacks.

Annihilape itself can 6-0 stall because it sends such a horrible chilling effect into any team to avoid clicking U-Turn and other resisted moves.

Yes, these Ubers are sometimes "walled by Screens", until you consider the fact that the Screeners lack infinite recovery and will constantly and predictably be forced to switch in to wall whatever threat exists. Even ignoring the Ubers, without Wish, these Screeners can also be chipped by hazards from Knock Off users and Choice Bands/Specs paired with Terastalization that can threaten easy 2HKOs with some chip. The rise of Hoopa-U certainly doesn't help either and can delete any wall that isn't a Dark type. I certaintly don't know how other players are handling this, but I personally am spamming Protect and Disable to attempt to punish players that easily threaten 2HKOs.

I don't even understand why Growth is allowed when it is simply a better Nasty Plot and Swords Dance under the Sun.

Ban Chi-Yu and Annihilape and potentially restrict Growth.

Then there's the issue of infinite hazards. Sticky Web, Spikes, and Stealth Rock have never been easier to set up, which results in an inflated usage of Corviknight (Hatterene is unreliable), on top of its already high usage with Reflect. As a result, if Corviknight dies against an opposing hazard team, you are probably losing. Balance, HO, and stall all cannot ignore hazards as Knock Off is extremely easy to slot onto the best offensive Pokemon in the format, meaning that you will constantly be suffering unless you have a dedicated Knock absorber, can defeat your opponent before they stack too many hazards onto you, or spam Boots everywhere. I don't consider this to be fun and perceive it as unnecessarily restrictive in the teambuilder. Restricting Spikes is a good idea to start.

It’s worse than both because it needs Sun up and even assuming Sun is up, most of the time that +2 in both stats can easily backfire without many benefits.
You have Psych Up and Heart Swap so Iron Valiant or Manaphy can steal your boosts, and Special Attackers get hit by Confusion and Foul Play harder without much benefits.
And because Growth needs Sun to get +2, that makes Haze and Topsy Turvy more punishing.

Metagames are never balanced around stall idk why people keep doing (insert mon) 6-0s stall like that means something

Stall being too mu fishy for its own good and losing to super strong mons in weather isn’t something new

hazards + knock off+ removal blocking l will always be good and annoying and will never stop. im not shutting down spikes restrict cause that could be a genuine conversation. bulky hazard stack will always be top tier and annoying in most metagames. same with knock absorbers like that isnt some new concept thats only annoying in trademarked and not pokemon.

Knock off stupid and dumb and pokemon is dumb for taking away defog from a lot of mons. i never really struggle with hazards most games though cause i always bring atleast two forms of hazard removal only bringing one is just asking to overwork that mon and lose to hazards anyways or atleast have a lot of boots with a solid knock absorber at minimum or just win before they do ig if ur using ho
 
If you want a check to Chi-Yu, Walking Wake is generally better than Blissey. That Noble Roar and x4 resistance to Fire gives Walking Wake the ability to pivot nicely into Chi-Yu while threatening it and making sure your teammates have easier time switching in too.

Basically anything that isn’t Ground or AV Hydrapple isn’t having a good time when Vikavolt is under Trick Room and Gravity.

That’s also where Avalugg-Hisui comes in. Mountain Gale off its 127 Atk is actually stronger than Icicle Crash from Glastrier with a more disgusting 30% chance to flinch. Basically, what ever can survive Zap Cannon (or Thunder or Thunderbolt or Bug Buzz) would really struggle surviving a Curse Choice Band Mountain Gale.
Oh you have Rotom Heat/Frost and Magnezone? Well also try surviving STAB Stone Edge, Earthquake, and Body Press coming off 184 Def and is also boosted too thanks to Curse.

Both Pokemon appreciate Gravity as Zap Cannon gets usable accuracy, Thunder always hits if you use that, Mountain Gale and Stone Edge always hit, and you can hit airborn Pokemon with Earthquake.

I think the meta is balanced, stall is where it belongs, being countered by Annihilape, Hoopa-Unbound and Knock Off users with backup.
You play full stall teams, without any threat, you are just being there, thats why we had some 300 turns games where it ended on a tie. To me, it makes sense that you lose to some things. Also you mention screens but any defense buff prevents the threats you mentionned. Screen are fine.

Alright, Heartswap ban sounds fair. I should also mention Topsey Turvey is what kinda enabled it in the first place, so banning that could get rid of this strat without completely abandoning the potential nuance that Heartswap could still have outside of this strat. I think Psych Up 2 electric boogaloo has potential to be fun outside of this dumb cheese strat personally. Oh yeah, Psych up would pretty much enable the same thing just requiring an extra step in the form of a sturdy swap out move user, and I'd really rather not lose Psych Up as a Trademark over this since it's just niche rn.

Part 1 of the valiant answer, very useful mon, the special tank too, toxic spikes is a very nice mid-late game finisher that allows you to confirm kills on stuff like blissey or any other annoying bullshit that realistically wont have hdb by the time you even think about clicking tspikes, future sight is also cool paired with slither, tho beware because chilly reception + slither's morning sun is a huge anti synergy so maybe look into that idk

ive just gotta say that this thing is fucking amazing, i switched the original tera type from bug to water because i have slither as a bug type, and this team kinda struggles with fires a bit, but yeah this mon is great into everything, good into tusk, the magma frog thing if tera'd i forgot its name im tired, good into corv, skarm, fucking roaring moon too, i just wish this thing had a better stat distribution cuz then it would be even better

the other set, very useful mon, good as a lead 99% of the time, unless the opponent has weavile (in which case u should lead slither or treads if u intend to waste tera t1) just a disclaimer probably dont use rest, ive played like 50 games with this team and ive clicked rest once and it put me in a severe disadvantage because using rest on this is kinda just shooting yourself in the foot, i never bothered to change it tho, shocks doesnt really have a lot of moves so rest is probably ur best bet anyways

this has genuinely been one of the most useful mons ive ever used
its one of the best leads for the team cuz it lives almost everything and auto sets rocks, has pivot, hazard removal, AND knock off

im gonna go to sleep now its 6:17 AM on a holiday

Part 1 of the valiant answer, very useful mon, the special tank too, toxic spikes is a very nice mid-late game finisher that allows you to confirm kills on stuff like blissey or any other annoying bullshit that realistically wont have hdb by the time you even think about clicking tspikes, future sight is also cool paired with slither, tho beware because chilly reception + slither's morning sun is a huge anti synergy so maybe look into that idk

Nice team ! Might try it out !

Rest is only good against some niche stall and if you have blissey with heal bell, you could try body-press maybe ? it may catch some blissey off-guard (it does between 30% - 45%).

I think Iron Treads is really strong in this meta. Stealth Rock + Knock Off + Rapid Spin + Volt Switch, I would argue that it has the perfect movepool and a very good typing !
