Hello! I'm still pretty new to competitive Pokemon battling, but I've been lurking and watching other people do it for years now. Only a few months ago did I decide to try and put a team together for myself, and here it is!
I've practiced this team a bit on Wi-Fi battles with some of my friends who battle competitively and it did pretty well!
If you can find any ways to improve it then I'd really like to hear it.

Dusclops (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Impish Nature
IVs: 29 SAtk / 0 Spd / 31 in everything else
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Shadow Punch
- Trick Room
Dusclops starts off the battle by, well, setting up a Trick Room. From there I can either Pain Split back any damage I lost from the previous turn, or Will-O-Wisp if the opponent is a physical attacker. Shadow Punch is there just so I don't get Taunted into absolutely nothing (STAB is nice, too), and it's good for picking off any weakened, red-health Pokemon that Dusclops might be facing. The Eviolite boosts his defense, making him bulkier than a Dusknoir, and his low HP means that he can have his health slowly chipped away and then Pain Split it back, while causing the opponent to lose a lot of health.

Reuniclus (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 25 Atk / 0 Spd / 31 in everything else
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
Reuniclus knows Trick Room too, in case Dusclops' Trick Room has worn off, or he didn't manage to pull it off for whatever reason. The other moves are there just to hit other Pokemon hard - Reuniclus has good Special Attack and low Speed - after a Trick Room, she is an efficient sweeper. The Life Orb makes her attacks even more powerful and her ability means that she doesn't take damage from it.

Ferrothorn (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Atk / 129 Def / 129 SDef
Brave Nature
IVs: 23 SAtk / 0 Spd / 31 in everything else
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
Ferrothorn would be a good Pokemon to switch into once Dusclops or Reuniclus has set up a Trick Room. Gyro Ball doesn't lose its power to the Trick Room fortunately, so Ferrothorn's abysmal Speed actually does it a favor. Stealth Rock is there because every team needs at least one entry hazard to put up, Leech Seed restores health that it wouldn't gain from Leftovers since I gave her a Rocky Helmet instead. The Rocky Helmet makes sure that any physical attackers get hurt a lot from attacking Ferrothorn - especially useful if Dusclops has burnt the opponent, so it means that Ferrothorn would take minimal damage from the attack and then damage the opponent a lot with the Rocky Helmet + Iron Barbs.
---Walrein (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 232 HP / 138 Def / 140 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 3 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 SDef / 13 Spd / 31 in everything else
- Toxic
- Protect
- Substitute
- Ice Beam
A toxic stall. Is there much else to say? Ice Beam is there instead of Hail + Ice Body ability so I don't get Taunted into nothing, and is also useful for any Dragon-types I might come across since none of my other Pokemon have a move super-effective against those. Thich Fat is there so I can safely switch into any Ice or Fire attacks. She is also the one I named myself after. :P

Armaldo (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Battle Armor
EVs: 132 HP / 150 Atk / 50 Def / 50 SDef / 126 Spd
Adamant Nature
IVs: 24 SAtk / 31 in everything else
- Rock Polish
- X-Scissor
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
If Trick Room has one turn to go before it's over, Armaldo can spend that turn Rock Polishing so his speed is increased for when the Trick Room wears off. If Trick Room still has a lot of turns to go, then Armaldo is pretty slow so it will 'outspeed' the opponent in Trick Room. X-Scissor and Stone Edge hit hard with the Life Orb + STAB, and Earthquake is there just because.

Arcanine (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 120 HP / 152 Atk / 236 Spd
Jolly Nature
IVs: 29 SAtk / 28 Spd / 31 in everything else
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Morning Sun
- Wild Charge
Arcanine has ExtremeSpeed so he has something to do if Trick Room is still up. Morning Sun is there to restore health lost from opponents' damage and recoil damage from the Life Orb and his two recoil attacks. Flare Blitz and Wild Charge are powerful, and efficient if Trick Room has worn off, since Arcanine is speedy.
