We all have a moment where we felt we weren’t capable or competent enough in something. In this thread I want you to share stories of you succeeding at the something you didn’t feel confident in at first. Whether it’s a new job, a subject in school/colllege, or sport I’d love to hear it.

I started working as a research assistant at a lab at my university back in January and, for a good few months, I was completely lost on how to properly complete my tasks. Around April, I almost considered resigning as I felt that I wasn't capable of what was expected of me; however, I ended up sticking through it, and, around June, everything started to click and make sense to me. It took a lot of time, effort, and help from others in the lab, but I was able to figure things out and feel right in place here!
