Trying to make a set for Espurr

Been trying to get into competitive pokemon, and I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of it!
However no mater how hard I try, I can't find a use for Espurr in LC. Does anyone have an idea for what to do? :O

Realistically the answer is going to be to use Abra, who's faster, hits significantly harder, and struggles against fewer Pokemon (and Espurr deals with very few, if any, Pokemon Abra cannot).
