Twilight Princess and Wii v Gamecube Help

*Wii v GC Question Answered*

Which leaves these questions:

Is Twilight Princess an exceptionally good game?

Is the AI better making battles harder?

Is there a difference between the Wii and Gamecube versions aside from the way you play them?

Thanks for any answers I can get. :)

Edit: Does the Wii work on any type of television, and does it work with different televisions, like say I have it plugged in at my house originally, will it work if I wanna bring it over to my friend's house and play it there? Thanks

Oh yeah, forgot about SSBB....

Ok, so looks like the Wii v GC thing is done. *edits* Now I just need answers on TP.

By the way where can I actually find a Wii, it seems like a lot of stores I go to don't have any, are there some that get more shipments than others?

Regardless of the amount of shipments, they seem to well... go out in the blink of an eye. If you're extremely desperate, order it online... if it's in stock.

It depends on whether the player has played previous Zelda games. If you have, it's like the best of Ocarina + the best of WW, and it's not all that exciting since it does little that you havent seen before, except omg grafix that were good back in 2005. On the other hand, if you're not a big Zelda fan you'll probably love it.

(In my personal opinion, of course.)

Is the AI better making battles harder?
I didn't think the game was hard at all but I breeze through Zeldas like they're nothing, so again, it would depend on the player I guess. I died maybe once or twice through the game, but it was mostly because I didnt know how to control whatever was going on or something like that.

They're mirrored, as in literally. The whole game is flipped, from graphics to dungeons, etc. Besides that, Wii has Fishing, and that's it I think.

According to Reggie there will be an unprecedented amount of Wiis available this holiday season so it should be way easier to find a Wii as we get into November and stuff.

How is it that people still have issues finding Wii's? I see them all the time in Gamestops and Walmarts and such.

Just called local Best Buy, they got some in stock. :)

Well, looks like I'm getting me a Wii and Twilight Princess. Anybody got some other games to recommend aside from MP3?

Another question. :P Does the Wii work on any type of television, and does it work with different televisions, like say I have it plugged in at my house originally, will it work if I wanna bring it over to my friend's house and play it there? Thanks

On the difficulty level of the AI: the battle system is more involving than the previous games and you will have to think a little harder against minibosses and use specific moves. So I suppose you can say the AI is better.

And I don't think this game is like WW at all, in fact it's the complete opposite of WW. Instead of being light hearted and kiddy, it's a lot darker and more serious, and the graphics still look awesome. It's like a more realistic, bigger OoT but the story and feel is more like LttP.

haha... on the outside WW is light and fun, but the actual storyline is really, really morbid. It has the best story of any Zelda outside MM if you ask me, and it's a shame it was wasted on graphics that didn't fit it and boring gameplay.

But TP did take the good things from WW, I just didn't delve into them due to spoilers. I'm sure you can think of a couple obvious ones if you've played it. And I haven't ever been able to finish LttP so I can't really make that comparison... but I guess the light/dark world is pretty much the same thing.

Compared to other Zeldas, WW is easily the most kiddy, and I've played everything but the the first NES Zelda start to finish. Still a good game but it kind of detracts from what Zelda is supposed to be. You really should finish LttP, it's one of the best.

Just make a trip to East Lansing. That's where I found mine and was still hounded at other stores to buy one. Where ever Carl is is where da wii's at.

Yeah when Gamestop was having their Pokemon tournament thing the guys were like "any of you want a Wii we have 14 in back right now." I guess a college town is a good area to find them or something??

They probably just got them in Carl? Or maybe yeah, your area is easy to find Wiis.

I found Wind Waker to be better than Twilight Princess. But that may just be me.

Get Trauma Center: Second Opinion and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Super Mario Strikers and Wii Play if you want multiplayer. Wii Play ONLY for the WiiMote. It's only $10 more so why not.
