Two orders of business! First off, congratulations to Fardin, Samqian, Indercover, Lunala, Ayoukoo, Fogbound Lake, Blimax, and rng loser for qualifying! The cycle one substitutes will be TannerFromHghschool and Trade.
The next order of business! Shuwri was caught publicly ghosting in French in this game. Although ghosting is normally allowed on the ladder, it should be common sense that it is forbidden during ULT, one of our tournaments with the highest point yield for the Ubers Circuit. Owing to this, Shuwri will be disqualified from cycle 2 for unsportsmanlike conduct. Furthermore, his place in playoffs has been given to the next-highest player on the ladder, rng loser. It seems the STAG logo in his signature was more than just a dumb meme. 
Cycle two's signups will begin at noon GMT-4, in a little over 11.5 hours. Take a break from laddering, you crazy hooligans.
