add polteageist, it's unique in that it's the only smashpass mon and is pretty solid overall, can force some trades if you smash early with sash intact;

scarfed, nuetral speed nature dragapult hits 574.5. this means he can run modest+scarf or adamant+scarf & still outspeed even +2 gyrados. scary stuff. adding this would be helpful. also i think barraskewda is worth putting on this list, he’s going to be a demon as well

Speed tiers were updated in anticipation for the release of Crown Tundra.

Note that (as far as I am aware) there are no unified minisprites for all Pokemon (yet). There are still a few new additions with unknown Speed stats and UBs are technically not yet confirmed. Naturally there are viable Pokemon not yet on the list and Pokemon on the list that might not end up being viable, but near the beginning it will be important to have a very inclusive list. There are also obviously some old EV spreads that will change, this is just so there's some place from where to start.

Having this resource (mostly) ready with the new metagame is important for teambuilding / analysis writing.

You might also keep Abomasnow, Whimsicott, and Ribombee on, because they see very occasional use despite their lack of viability. I wouldn't be considering anything else.
