my oponend hasn't been online since the 30th and I want to claim an inactivity claim since i have been online nearly all the time scince the beginning of the tournament

Update on this, they STILL havent responded.
Me and opponent played on Tuesday he won 2-1. He forgot to save the replays so we scheduled to replay today at 5pm PST/8pm est. I contacted him at agreed time and he didn't respond for 35 minutes.
So up to you mods, whether to still give him the win or to give me it for activity but that's the situation.
Edit: to clarify I left after 35 minutes He didn't respond til an hour later. He had good reasons as to why. But I couldn't play that long after. So it's up the mods discretion what they wanna do.
