Welcome to the Ubers UU teambuilding competition! Each week we will choose a pokemon to build around and the community will vote on which team they think is best.

How It Works
-Each cycle will be 2 weeks long, with the first week being for submissions and the second week being for voting
-Winners will have their names and team featured in the hall of fame and may have their teams submitted as a sample team
-All teams submitted must have the featured mon of the week, announced at the start of the week.
-Voting is done using the Ranked Pairs method. To vote you should format your picks like this x>y>z. If you like 2 teams equally you can put a = instead of a > between them.
-Team Submissions must have both a Pokepaste and an explanation(it doesn't need to be long, or even be good, it just needs to be there)
-Copying teams will not be tolerated, if you post a team that is extremely similar to one already posted, your entry will be deleted
-Revisions and feedback are allowed during the building period, afterwards you are not allowed to revise. Make sure revisions are not too large(i.e. replacing a pokemon)
-though comments can be submitted with votes, please be nice, don't say anything mean about the players submitting them, and any criticisms should be in good faith.

Sub NP Spectrier and E-Killer Arc-Fire make a good core, where Arc-Fire can handle defensive steels like Magearna and Solgaleo, and Spectrier can take on the ghosts which ESpeed can't touch. Given the offense orientation of this core, I wanted to add some priority users in Banded Palafin and AV Rillaboom, both with standard sets, and the latter also enables Sneasler with Grassy Seed + Unburden. For the last spot, I went with Pex to set up TSpikes, letting Spectrier capitalize on them with Hex, and help with bringing opponents into priority range. Pex is PhysDef with Rocky Helmet to help against Zacian, Zama-C, and physical attackers like opposing Palafin. Tera Grass is to help against Electric and Ground type attacks.

This team's main goal is to status as many members on the opponent's team as possible before having Spectrier come in as some sort of potentially bulky late game sweeper, which is thanks to the combination of Grassy Seed and Calm Mind increasing Spectrier's defenses. The statuses are very necessary; they are what can enable Spectrier to hit with a 130 base power Ghost move.

Magearna and Slowking are the ones that are tasked with spreading status through Thunder Wave and Toxic Spikes respectively. Magearna (which is specially defensive) also has Encore to make setup sweepers think twice before clicking their setup move; Slowking (which is physically defensive) has Foul Play for a more or less similar reason, but it can be swapped out for Thunder Wave for more chicanery. It is worth noting that Slowking's Chilly Reception can disrupt the momentum of weather teams. Tera Flying on Magearna is for easing the team's weakness to Ground-type moves not named Earthquake, and Tera Water on Slowking is for when another Fire- and Water-type resist is needed.

Rillaboom is present for the Grassy Terrain that somewhat aids Magearna and Slowking with their Ground-type weakness. It is also a deceptively potent late game sweeper with Swords Dance; Grassy Glide is its reliable STAB option, Drain Punch is for incremental recovery and Kingambit specifically, and High Horsepower is for Magearna specifically. Drain Punch can be swapped out for Knock Off to hit Flying-types for non-resisted damage and potentially punish Giratina on the switch in. Tera Grass supercharges Grassy Glide's power, not unlike Palafin generally using Tera Water to supercharge its Jet Punch.

Samurott is present as a check to Chi-Yu, as Water/Dark resists both of Chi-Yu's STABs, allowing a possibility for a Spike layer to be set, an item to be removed, or chip damage to be down with Razor Shell. Sucker Punch is useful for potential revenge kills. Tera Fire is used to resist Fairy-type attacks and potentially ignore burns.

Cyclizar has the incredible role of abusing Magearna's Encore to potentially rid the team of hazards or provide a Substitute for a teammate. Tera Ground can serve as a Volt Switch sponge.

Spectrier, unfortunately, is not running the broken Choice Specs Haze set. As aforementioned, aims to finish off a weakened team by perhaps setting up a Calm Mind or two with the Defense boost that comes from the Grassy Seed. Draining Kiss is coverage that also helps out with longevity, and Tera Fairy serves as a way to both supercharge the move and provide a much-needed resistance to Dark. Spectrier can run an EV spread 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe for more damage output.

:arceus-electric::palkia-origin::kingambit::zacian::solgaleo::great tusk:
Arceus-Electric is known best for being a CM sweeper, with its good bulk and nigh-unresisted type coverage. Still, it can struggle with ground types and special walls, so I added Palkia-Origin, Kingambit and Zacian. Palkia-Origin deals with the ground types in the tier, Kingambit handles special walls while being an effective revenge killer at the same time, and Zacian is a fast physical cleaner that outspeeds many mons in the tier that outspeeds both Arceus and Palkia-Origin. For the last 2 slots, I decided to focus on teammates for Palkia-O, which is where Solgaleo and Great Tusk come in. Solgaleo is a slow pivot that can safely get another teammate in, and Great Tusk is good hazard control.

:mewtwo::landorus::solgaleo::clodsire::palafin::ogerpon-hearthflame:
NP!M2 is an incredibly potent wallbreaker, and arguably its most iconic (man I hate that word) set in the tier. But often it struggles with getting revenged and coming in safely, which is the direction I wanted to take this team. To start, I went with Scarf!Lando-I and SpDef!Solgaleo. Scarf!Lando-I outspeeds Zacian and Deoxys, giving the team a way to handle faster threats on the offensive side. As for the defensive side, Solgaleo appreciates Chien-Pao being gone from the tier. Being able to knock, roar and pivot with teleport makes it a part of the defensive backbone on this team. The other part of this backbone is Clodsire, who is basically the best counter to Magearna the tier could ask for, and with tera dark shuts down psychic types like opposing M2 and Espathra. It has entry hazard support in TSpikes and Rocks, which the team appreciates. Pivoting back to, well, pivots, I added Palafin as a contingency for stuff like Chi-Yu. And given the best way it enables its gimmick is pivoting with Flip Turn, this felt like an easy addition to the team. Lastly, I went with Ogerpon-H because of being able to both wallbreak and sweep with Trailblaze.
