Hello, I was approached about LA and Brazil being merged together. I have been told that those two countries being merged together isn't ideal because they have 0 incentive to form a team together and they can fill a full roster on their own. As a result LA and Brazil will now be two separate teams, since we now have 11 teams we need a 12th and Germany is the one MrAldo and I chose.
