Here is my New Rain team after some changements.

Electrode : The Leader
101.png

Nature : Jolly
Ability : Static
252 Attack/ 4 HP / 252 Speed
Item: Damp Rock
Moveset: Rain Dance
Explosion
Taunt
Mirror Coat

I must admit, Electron is a way better Leader for a Rain Team than Crobat. With its very high speed, Electrode outspeed nearly everything. I usually start off with Taunt. This prevents the foe to use SR, spikes or walls. After Taunt, I use Rain Dance, which lasts longer with Damp Rock equipped. Once Rain Dance done, I choose between Explosion and switch. Mirror Coat can surprise many foes. Giving Thunder instead of Mirror Coat could be a good idea. However, I should invest EV in Special Attack instead of Attack, which would lower the damage done by Explosion.

Ludicolo: Sword Dancer
272.png

Nature : Adamant
Ability : Swift Swim
252 Atk/252 Speed/ 4 HP
Item: Life Orb
Moveset: Sword Dance
Seed Bomb
Ice Punch
Waterfall

This guy, once under rain and gotten Sword dance, can destroy everything. I mainly use him only under rain in the early game. Ice Punch is to kill Dragon trying to Outrage me. Waterfall is my main STAB attack which I use for neutral damage. If the foe is resistant to Water, I use Seed Bomb. A good example is Swampert. Life Orb and the Adamant Nature is to cause maximum damage. A Jolly Nature isn’t necessary because of Swift Swim. Because it is a Sword Dancer, he can’t obviously get a Choice item, that’s why I chose Life Orb.

Starmie: (After the Rain: The Rainbow)
121.png

Nature : Timid
Ability : Natural Cure
252 Special Attack /252 Speed/ 4 HP
Item: Life Orb
Moveset: Surf
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic
I mainly use Starmie in the late-game, when there is no more Rain. With its still impressive speed, it can outspeed most of the non-scarf foes, allowing it to 2HKO pretty much everything. Surf is its main STAB attack. Psychic is here against Machamp or Water-resistant enemies. Most players don’t except Psychic on Starmie. Vaporeon sometimes switch out for a Ground-type, excepting a Thunderbolt and got it by a Psychic Attack. Ice Beam is obviously against Dragon-type and Finally, Thunderbolt allows me to hit hard Water-type, OHKOing Gyarados (obviously).

Kingdra: The Killer...
230.png

Nature : Modest
Ability : Swift Swim
252 Special Attack /252 Speed/ 4 HP
Item: Life Orb
Moveset: Surf
Dragon Pulse
HP Electric
Rain Dance

Once under the Rain, Kingdra is very hard to beat. With Life-orb, Modest Nature and 252 Special Attack, Kingdra does high damage to nearly everything. Surf is its main STAB attack as well as Dragon Pulse against other Dragons or Water-resistant Pokemons. The duo Electric-Water works very well against most foes.
For the fourth and last slot available, I was wondering if Rain Dance would be the best option or Signal Beam. With Life-Orb equipped, Kingdra doesn’t have many chances to survive to an attack while setting Rain. Signal Beam could help me against more foes.

Rotom-w : Re-Rainer
images

Nature : Modest
Ability : Levitate
252 Special Attack /4 Special Defence/ 252 Speed
Item: Damp Rock
Moveset: Rain Dance
Hydro Pump
Shadow Ball
Thunder

Mainly, its job is to cause the Rain once the one created by Electrode has finished. Then, using its high Special-Attack boosted by the Modest Nature and its EVs, kill as much Pokemon as he can. Thunder has 100% accuracy under Rain and is its main STAB attack. Hydro Pump is very useful against Ground-type which are unaffected by Electric moves. Shadow Ball is there to complete a wider range of attacks.

Kabutops: Sword Dancer
141.png

Nature : Adamant
Ability : Swift Swim
32 HP/ 252 Attack / 204 Speed
Item: Life Orb
Moveset: Waterfall
Stone Edge
Sword Dance
Brick Break

Under the Rain, even if he only has 204 EV in Speed and a Adamant Nature, Kabutops will outspeed all the non-scarf Pokemons. Life Orb, its nature and 252 Ev in Attack gives him a lot of power. Waterfall is its main STAB attack followed by Stone Edge that hits Flying-type mostly. After having placed a Sword Dance under the rain, Kabutops becomes very hard to stop. Brick Break helps a lot against Normal-type such as Smeargle and Blissey, as well against Tyranitar.

Just a nitpick:
Whirlwind will always go last, unless your opponent is also using whirlwind and you have a higher speed

Also, Hypnosis is not very reliable thanks to low accuracy. I recommend over it Taunt, as it can stop slower lead from setting up rocks.

...This is why I usually beat most Rain teams I meet on the ladder- Pure rain leads are terrible.

Look at Electrode. Granted, it's the fastest lead in the game, capable of shutting down even Aerodactyl. Plus, it has Explosion, the game's most awesome GTFO move. So, why not use him?

He does not learn Stealth Rock.

Without SR some important KO benchmarks are impossible to hit- Whoa what.

This is not a rain team. This is like bulky offense crossed with a rain team. As of now, this team is terrible.

And... Whoa, what is up with these descriptions @_@

You have one rain abuser. That's SD Ludicolo, and because you gave your Crobat a Focus Sash you're giving it two turns to sweep counting the turn you Swords Dance and the turn that you used to switch into it. Kingdra isn't abusing it; you- Oh my god. What?

A Choice Band? You can't be serious.

Okay, this team needs to be remade from the ground up. Why? You're not abusing Rain to the fullest, I don't think you know about the existence of Damp Rock, and Breloom and Starmie need to go, with neither benefiting from the rain here. I'm not going to say what's wrong with Breloom and Starmie, not because there's a lot that's wrong with their movesets, the way you say you play them, and their roles here (All three categories indeed are true), but because this Rain team needs to go from ground up to be good.

Ludicolo is fine. Crobat? Iffy, but it can work. If you go that route without setting up Stealth Rock, you really need to think about replacing it with Electrode who can Taunt and set up Rain Dance- Faster than Crobat.

Kingdra needs a rehaul. A personal favorite set of Kingdra that I favor is the all-special set. The mixed sets are overrated, since dedicated walls like Celebi are unable to be broken down by mixed sets. It does not need a Choice Band, and Choiced Kingdra beyond Specsdras are underwhelming and just suck. Just go to analysis (http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/kingdra) and search "Rain Dance (Special)."

Never. Ever. Use. A Breloom. On. A. Rain. Dance. Team. While it covers for one of his obvious weaknesses Rain is not about covering for weaknesses, it's about killing shit with absurd and demonic force. The set you're using is horrible, but I recommend you just scrap Breloom entirely since it's out of place in the first place.

Starmie either needs to get rid of the Scarf or go away altogether. I prefer you do the second option- Base 115 speed is great, but it's nothing compared to what Killfish and Kabutops can manage in the rain. If you keep Starmie, give it a Damp Rock and Thunder.

Don't use Zapdos at all. Use Rotom-W. Rotom-W is the only Pokemon besides Starmie to get both Hydro Pump and Thunder (Excluding Gyarados, lol), and it actually has a higher base special attack than Starmie. Run this moveset:

Rotom-W @ Damp Rock
Timid
70 HP/252 Special Attack/188 Speed

~Thunder
~Hydro Pump
~Rain Dance
~Shadow Ball

Not only does this set set up rain, it kill stuff in it as well. Run this, and you won't be disappointed.

I'm sorry if I sounded overly harsh, but this rain team really is terrible the way it is now.

Those ideas seem good. It's the first team I've ever made so it's normal that it sucks. Lol.
At the moment, Electrode only knows 3 moves: Taunt, Rain Dance and Explosion. What should the last move be? Thunder? This means I should invest some EV in Special Attack.
Anyway, I decided to use the Rain Dance Leader Electrode from Smogon: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/electrode

However, Smogon suggests Soundproof over Static. I don't really understand why.

Instead of Breloom, what Pokemon should I choose? Actually, nobody in my team can set up SR or spikes. I don't know who to choose.

Since Starmie isn't Choice anymore, is Rapid Spin a good idea instead of Pshychic? Or maybe Recover?

I'll try the new team as soon as possible and give you my impressions.

Sigh,As For Rain Dance Teams,You Need To Abuse RAIN As Much As Possible.I Would Recommend Using Azelf As Lead With This Set:

Azelf @ Damp Rock
Timid
Ev's: 252 SpA/ 252 Speed/ 4 Hp
Moveset:
Rain Dance
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Explosion / Thunder

The Moveset Is Can Be Explained Itself.I Agree With GaRgAnT To Change Starmie/Breloom And Zapdos To Maybe Rotom-W/Bronzong/Jolteon Or Kabutops. As For Ludicolo,You Might Want To Use This MoveSet: Rain Dance/Energy Ball/Ice Beam/Surf And Modest. He Can Be Another Rain Set-Up :).As GaRgAnT Said,Zapdos,Breloom And Starmie Isn't Really Cutting Out For This Team. You Might Want To Use Kabutop/Jolteon/Bronzong Or Rotom-W With Levitate As In Rain,Fire Attack's Reduce's.On Kingdra,Use The Mix Set GaRgAnT Suggested :).Again,It Does Sounded Harsh,But You Made A Terrible Rain Team Without Abusing Rain.

Good Luck!

I didn't suggest the mixed set, I suggested the all-special set. >_>

Oh, and keep Ludicolo's current set. SD Ludicolo is a far more potent attacker than his all-special sets since after an SD Blissey, Vaporeon, and certain pure-specially defensive Skarmory variants are KOed in one shot. Waterfall, Seed Bomb, Ice Punch- Perfect coverage, only Dialga can take neutral hits from it.
