*pausing jingle* We're back, folks! As you'll recall, Surt finally got defeatedd last round, and now the twins have sent out there next pokemon - Marina the Lotad! However, seeing as they appear to like mighty glaciers, Mog's Stunky goes first again, sending Toxic venom into Marina's veins, as she does a Dance to conjure some Rain. Even though this causes Swift Swim to kick in, it isn't enough to outspeed Diet, who summons that speed-line void yet again and bitchslaps the Lotad with an 18-hit Venoshock! Oh, that's GOTTA hurt - so bad that Marina flinches and Diet gets to extend the combo with another Venoshock! Unfortunately, his power bar won't allow for an infinite, which leads to Marina countering with Scald, burning her nemesis!

*pausing jingle* Diet Poison's in dire straits, but in one round, he's already cut Marina's health bar in half. I wonder how this'll turn out next round? Find out after the break!

Round 10: I'm surprised there haven't been any crossover attacks this whole battle.
♫Phoenix Wright (Turnabout)

We're approaching the endgame, folks! Mog's just sent out his last pokemon - a Karrablast named Turkey - meaning whichever pokemon takes down the other wins the battle. Who will it be? The beetle with the type advantage? Or the homunculus with raw, unadultered power at her side?

We're about to find out. *pausing jingle*

Once again, Mog has speed on his side, and Turkey opens up with a Swords Dance, and while he gets the attack boost, it leaves him open to six hits of Florence's Psychic powers! It's at this point where we get to see Turkey's close-up mug summon that speedline void we all know and love as the Karrablast impales and suplexes Florence with his Megahorn for massive damage! However, he doesn't go unscathed, as on the way down the Duosion counters with a Psyshock that leaves Mog's beetle smarting. Turkey eventually shakes it off, and delivers two hits of a nasty little X-Scissor before getting hit with another Psychic.

*pause* It's neck and neck, folks! I have little doubts this battle will end within the next round. Tune in next time for the exciting conclusion!

GG Mog. Damn, I really wish I could have experimented a bit more in this strange hybrid of arena and format.
I think the reason why neither of us bothered using the allied attacks mechanic is because it would likely be more beneficial in long battles (It would help if I would remember its there, too.) I guess I could always use this arena again as a second trial; although, I already see some oversights I should correct in the details section.

Yeah, I like this idea, but I didn't want to risk the damage on my other pokes. 2v2 or 3v3 probably works best... I love the idea, and I greatly enjoyed this match. Thanks Wanderer!

Unfortunately, all she can do at this point is attempt to turtle until another opening comes...which doesn't, as Mog's Karrablast breaks through her guard with another Megahorn, taking the last of Florence's health bar - and the match!
