This being the only team of my own original creation that has had success, I would like to know how to improve upon it.
Team at a Glance:
Now this is a sort of Sunny Day team that has had much success for me, but I think it can be better.
Lead:
Ambipom @ Silk Scarf
Technician
Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Fake Out
Taunt
Return
Sunny Day
Pretty standard Ambipom lead, except the addition of Sunny Day. Fake Out/ Return combo usually kills the opposing lead, then set up Sunny Day if needed for my sweepers. Can come back in late game and pick off weakened pokemon.
Arcanine @ Leftovers
Intimidate
Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
150 HP / 152 Atk / 236 Spe
Flare Blitz
Morning Sun
ExtremeSpeed
Toxic
Once again, pretty standard Arcanine sweep. Flare Blitz is good STAB, Morning Sun keeps him up and helps take care of the recoil with Leftovers combination, Toxic to force switches, ExtremeSpeed for revenge kills. Sunny Day increases the Flare Blitz power. Does good sweeping throughout the game.
Tangrowth @ Life Orb
Chlorophyll
Naive (+Spe, -SpD)
200 Atk / 80 SpA / 228 Spe
Power Whip
Alakazam @ Choice Specs
Synchronize
Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Psychic
Signal Beam
Trick
Focus Blast
Possibly the best special sweeper in the UU tier, Alakazam brings high SpA and great coverage. Using Trick to get rid of the Choice Specs and sweep, or keep them for the boost but face the trouble that Hariyama faces with the entry hazard type switching. Psychic hits like a truck with STAB, Signal Beam takes care of other psychics, and Focus Blast takes care of any dark type switch ins, usually with a OHKO.
Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Torrent
Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
28 HP / 252 Atk / 228 Spe
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Ice Punch
Earthquake
Standard DD sweep Feraligatr. Good coverage and STAB. Dragon Dance boosts speed and attack making him pretty vicious. Nothing much else to say about him.
Immediate problems I can see with it is two Life Orbs, mostly physical sweepers, and no entry hazards. However, this team is very successful without them, it's, so far, 12 for 14 wins.

Chlorophyll
Naive (+Spe, -SpD)

Power Whip
Earthquake
Hidden Power Fire
Sleep Powder
Mixed sweeper set for my Tangrowth. Chlorophyll makes it outspeed most things with Sunny Day up, letting it sweep efficiently. Power Whip hits for hard STAB, sleep powder for switch ins, HP and quake for coverage.
Hariyama @ Choice Band
Thick Fat
Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
252 Atk / 124 Def / 124 SpD / 8 Spe
Close Combat
Payback
Thunderpunch
Stone Edge
Standard Choice Bander. Has great coverage, only problem is that to switch attacks you have to switch out and if there's entry hazards in play he can rack up alot of damage. Otherwise he works extremely well soaking up damage and 1-2HKOing alot of switch-ins for other pokemon.
