Assuming the shifts go up before the end of the round yes shifts will be in place. Feel free to agree to play preshift for that week tho. Final week will include shifts regardless.

Seems like I accidently made a few mistakes this week due to not having access to my normal methods of updating the bracket. Sorry that I missed that!
