Updated list of smilies

The list of smilies has not been changed in more than two years, and should be updated. Some smilies are outdated, namely :kongler:, :avatar2:, and :avatar:. Most active members have probably never seen a Kongler post, and even fewer know who avatar2 and avasmile2 are pictures of. These three smilies have fallen out of use and are no longer necessary. There are other iconic Smogon images that are not smilies. For example, greasy-faced CaptKirby and the Doomsday picture that was used as a template in the ddfan thread should be made into smilies for convenient use.

I'd be for updating the smilies, but I'm not a person who thinks that they should be removed.

I think it would be nice to add to them, but removing them, certainly not. Honestly, it's pretty trivial, and I question that any admin could be bothered, but if they could, I admit it would be cool. I'm just saying 'don't hold your breath'.
