[SET COMMENTS]
Ursaluna-B is one of the best setup Pokemon on Normal teams thanks to its high damage output and its great physical bulk complemented by recovery in Moonlight. Calm Mind allows Ursaluna-B to boost its power while improving its middling special bulk, allowing it to take on Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra one-on-one and beat Corviknight variants without Iron Defense or Bulk Up. Blood Moon is Ursaluna-B's strongest attack and is able to cleanly OHKO most offensive threats such as Dragapult and Ogerpon-H after a Calm Mind boost. Hyper Voice is the alternative over Blood Moon to provide Ursaluna-B with a more spammable STAB option, letting it beat foes that use Protect like Gliscor more easily. Earth Power lets Ursaluna-B attack on the turn after it uses Blood Moon, threatening defensive options like Clodsire and Toxapex, and can also OHKO Okidogi after a Calm Mind boost. Vacuum Wave is also an option that can notably threaten Chien-Pao and Kingambit. Furthermore, Vacuum Wave gives Ursaluna-B a priority option to circumvent its low Speed to defeat weakened foes like Meowscarada and Greninja. 68 Speed EVs allows Ursaluna-B to outspeed uninvested base 60 Pokemon such as Hisuian Goodra and Galarian Weezing, with the remaining EVs going into HP and Defense to maximize Ursaluna-B's physical bulk. A Bold nature lets Ursaluna-B survive super effective attacks from Pokemon such as Adamant Sneasler and Choice Band Zamazenta's Close Combat and Choice Band Chien-Pao's Icicle Crash from full HP. Alternatively, a Modest nature allows Ursaluna-B to deal more damage at the cost of not surviving the aforementioned attacks. Leftovers is Ursaluna-B's preferred item to keep it healthy throughout the game and works well with Moonlight.

Hisuian Zoroark is one of Ursaluna-B's best offensive teammates for its ability to check opposing Fighting-types like Zamazenta and Iron Hands with its Fighting immunity and access to utility options in Will-O-Wisp. In return, Ursaluna-B can break down specially defensive Pokemon that can handle Hisuian Zoroark such as Clodsire, Gliscor, and Hisuian Goodra. Staraptor is also a good partner for Ursaluna-B thanks to its ability to threaten opposing Grass-types like Ogerpon-H and Rillaboom with a Choice Scarf. Braviary is a bulkier partner that uses its Fighting neutrality to switch into opposing Fighting-types like Great Tusk and Quaquaval. Braviary also offers entry hazard removal with Defog to assist in Ursaluna-B's longevity and a slow U-turn to get it in safely. Cyclizar can also provide hazard removal with Rapid Spin, getting rid of Toxic Spikes, which hinders Ursaluna-B's ability to clean late-game. Furthermore, Cyclizar can use Shed Tail on passive Pokemon like Quagsire to bring in Ursaluna-B safely, allowing it to use Calm Mind freely once. Snorlax's physical wallbreaking ability is also appreciated to chip down specially defensive Pokemon like Articuno. Thick Fat also gives it a pseudo-Ice resistance in order to check Pokemon like Frosmoth, which Ursaluna-B struggles against, and it also checks other threatening special attackers like Greninja and Flutter Mane. Choice Scarf Ditto is able to copy setup sweepers that attempt to force out Ursaluna-B like Swords Dance Ogerpon-W and Chien-Pao and can threaten a reverse sweep. Blissey is a defensive partner that checks most special attackers that threaten Ursaluna-B such as Choice Specs Greninja and Galarian Moltres. Blissey also provides hazard support in Stealth Rock, which gives Ursaluna-B an easier time wallbreaking and winning one-on-one against Ogerpon-H by guaranteeing the OHKO with Blood Moon, as well as cripple incoming switch-ins with Thunder Wave. Indeedee provides support to Ursaluna-B with Healing Wish to improve its longevity if it has been badly poisoned or chipped to low HP. Indeedee's Psychic STAB also threatens opposing Fighting-types like Iron Valiant, Zamazenta and Iron Hands. Arboliva can switch into Water-type moves from foes such as Ogerpon-W, Dondozo, and Barraskewda while setting Grassy Terrain to improve Ursaluna-B's longevity.

Ursaluna-B can utilize a Chople Berry to lure in and surprise Fighting-types like Sneasler and Iron Valiant, taking even less damage from their Fighting attacks while being able to OHKO them back with its STAB attacks. Heavy-Duty Boots is also an alternative for Ursaluna-B if you do not opt to run entry hazard removal options in Braviary or Cyclizar to avoid Spikes and Toxic Spikes hindering Ursaluna-B's ability to take hits and set up Calm Mind. Ursaluna-B can also opt to run Silk Scarf to boost Blood Moon's damage output even further. However, the longevity that Leftovers provides is preferred.

Ursaluna-B is one of the best setup Pokemon on Normal teams thanks to its high damage output due to its signature move Blood Moon and its great physical bulk, which is complimented well by its access to recovery in Moonlight. Blood Moon is Ursaluna-B's strongest attack and is able to cleanly OHKO most offensive threats such as Dragapult and Iron Moth while being able to 2HKO specially defensive Pokemon such as Blissey and Articuno after one Calm Mind boost (technically, cant be 2HKO'ed since cant be used twice). Calm Mind allows Ursaluna-B to boost its power while improving its middling special bulk, allowing it to take on Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra one on one. Moonlight improves Ursaluna-B's longevity and gives it more opportunities to use Calm Mind. Earth Power is Ursaluna-B's secondary STAB and lets Ursaluna-B attack on the turn after it uses Blood Moon, threatening defensive options like Clodsire and Toxapex. Hyper Voice is the alternative over Blood Moon to have a more spammable STAB option, letting it beat Protect Pokemon like Gliscor easier (add this to the blood moon sentence instead) while Vacuum Wave can notably threaten Chien-Pao (also Kingambit), which is one of Ursaluna-B's strongest offensive checks while also giving it a priority option to circumvent its low Speed to defeat weakened foes like Iron Treads. 44 HP EVs in conjunction with 96 Defense EVs allow Ursaluna-B to not be OHKOd by a Jolly natured (non Choice-Band/Choice-Scarf instead?See note in other options) Sneasler's Close Combat from full HP and revenge kill it back; maximum Special Attack investment lets Ursaluna-B to hit as hard as possible and it is able to secure OHKOs often. 68 Speed guarantees Ursaluna-B outspeeds uninvested Base 60 Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra and Galarian Weezing and the rest of the EVs go into Special Defense to improve its bulk after a Calm Mind (note my comment above). Leftovers is Ursaluna-B's preferred item to keep it healthy throughout the game and works well with Moonlight. Silk Scarf is another option which can boost Blood Moon's damage to much higher levels of damage. Ursaluna-B is even able to 2HKO physically defensive Corviknight with +1 Blood Moon, which it cannot accomplish without Silk Scarf (bruh...this is a good sentence tho).

Hisuian Zoroark is one of Ursaluna-B's best offensive teammates. Its Fighting immunity and utility options in Will-o-Wisp allowing it to check opposing Fighting-types like Zamazenta and Iron Hands is appreciated by Ursaluna-B. In return, Ursaluna-B can break down specially defensive Pokemon that can handle Hisuian Zoroark such as Clodsire, Gliscor and Hisuian Goodra. Staraptor is also a good partner for Ursaluna-B thanks to its ability to threaten opposing Grass-types like Ogerpon-H and Rillaboom and can switch in to Fighting-types like Great Tusk thanks to its Fighting neutrality combined with Intimidate while at the same time being able to threaten them with Brave Bird.(staraptor is better as a scarfer as raptor lost roost in SV, Braviary should be substituted for this role + it has access to Defog/U-turn too. Add Bravi btw) Cyclizar can offer Ursaluna-B hazard removal with Rapid Spin, getting rid of Toxic Spikes which hinder Ursaluna-B's ability to clean lategame. Furthermore, Cyclizar can use Shed Tail on passive Pokemon like Quagsire (mention that weak attacks like this actually doesnt break the sub due to its innate bulk**) to bring in Ursaluna-B safely and allows it to use Calm Mind without issue at least once. Snorlax's physical wallbreaking ability is also appreciated to chip down specially defensive Pokemon like Articuno. Snorlax's Thick Fat ability also lets it act as an Ice resist in order to check Pokemon like Frosmoth, which Ursaluna-B struggles against.
**note:
0 Atk Quagsire Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 156 Def Ursaluna-Bloodmoon: 70-84 (19 - 22.8%) -- possible 5HKO
Possible damage amounts: (70, 72, 72, 73, 73, 75, 75, 76, 78, 78, 79, 79, 81, 81, 82, 84)
Cyclizar's shed tail is worth 85 HP, making this spread work.

*add ditto
*Possibly indeedee as healing wish + "deals with Fighting types" (even tho thats a lie...)

Ursaluna-B can invest fully in its Defense stat, going an EV spread of 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD with a Bold nature. A maximum Defense Ursaluna-B is not OHKOed from full HP by non-Choice Band Fighting-type Pokemon such as Adamant Unburden Sneasler and Choice Scarf Urshifu-R. However, the extra speed to outrun uninvested defensive Pokemon like the aforementioned Hisuian Goodra and Galarian Weezing is preferred and running maximum Special Attack EVs on Ursaluna-B allows it to OHKO Toxapex with Earth Power after one Calm Mind
*252 HP / 188 Def / 68 Spe Bold instead? Hits 60s guys again
*it can also run Chople berry to lure in Urshifu, Valiant, pretty much lets you survive any fighting hit once while OHKOing them back with Blood Moon
*Boots are also an option considering the type lacks good removal.

Ursaluna-B is one of the best setup Pokemon on Normal teams thanks to its high damage output due to its signature move Blood Moon (filler) and its great physical bulk, which is complimented well by its access to recovery in Moonlight. Blood Moon is Ursaluna-B's strongest attack and is able to cleanly OHKO most offensive threats such as Dragapult and Ogerpon-H after a Calm Mind boost. Hyper Voice is the alternative over Blood Moon to have provide Ursaluna-B with a more spammable STAB option, letting it beat Protect Pokemon foes that use Protect like Gliscor easier. Calm Mind allows Ursaluna-B to boost its power while improving its middling special bulk, allowing it to take on Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra one on one (CM should be before Blood Moon/Hyper to reflect moveset order. Worth noting that CM lets Ursaluna-B beat Corviknight variants without Iron Defense or Bulk Up). Moonlight improves Ursaluna-B's longevity and gives it more opportunities to use Calm Mind. (filler) Earth Power is Ursaluna-B's secondary STAB and lets Ursaluna-B attack on the turn after it uses Blood Moon, threatening defensive options like Clodsire and Toxapex and can also target bulky setup wincons like OHKO Okidogi with an OHKO after a Calm Mind boost. Vacuum Wave is also an option that can notably threaten Chien-Pao and Kingambit (run-on sentence; rephrase or split in two) while also giving it Ursaluna-B a priority option to circumvent its low Speed to defeat weakened foes like Iron Treads Meowscarada and Greninja (Iron Treads barely does anything to Ursa-B). 156 Defense EVs allow Ursaluna-B to not be OHKOd by a non-Choice Band Sneasler's Close Combat from full HP and revenge kill it back. Furthermore, a Ursaluna-B being passed a Substitute via Shed Tail cannot be broken in one hit by Quagsire's Earthquake. 240 Special Attack EVs let Ursaluna-B to hit as hard as possible and it is able to secure OHKOs often. 112 Speed EVs guarantees Ursaluna-B outspeeds uninvested Base 65 Pokemon and slower such as Pelipper and Hisuian Goodra while also outspeeding 0 Speed Skeledirge. (This EV segment could be far more succinct, it should really just be one or two sentences. Try something along the lines of "Alternatively, a more offensive EV spread can be used with a Modest nature. This alternate spread prevents Ursaluna-B from being OHKOed by non-Choice Band Sneasler's Close Combat, stops Quagsire's Earthquake from breaking a Shed Tail Substitute in one hit, and allows Ursaluna-B to outrun uninvested Pelipper and Skeledirge while maximizing offensive power." The bulky EV spread needs to be mentioned before this, 68 Spe puts you past uninvested Clef, Goodra-H, Magnezone, and Empoleon. Important to note Hisuian Goodra is base 60, not base 65) Leftovers is Ursaluna-B's preferred item to keep it healthy throughout the game and works well with Moonlight. Silk Scarf is another option which can boost Blood Moon's damage to much higher levels of damage. Ursaluna-B is even able to 2HKO physically defensive Corviknight with +1 Blood Moon, which it cannot accomplish without Silk Scarf. (Other options. Remove the Corv mention here, being able to 2HKO it at +1 is irrelevant when it just Roosts and wastes Ursa-B's PP)

Hisuian Zoroark is one of Ursaluna-B's best offensive teammates. Its Fighting immunity and utility options in Will-o-Wisp Will-O-Wisp allowing it to check opposing Fighting-types like Zamazenta and Iron Hands is appreciated by Ursaluna-B. In return, Ursaluna-B can break down specially defensive Pokemon that can handle Hisuian Zoroark such as Clodsire, Gliscor and Hisuian Goodra. Braviary also offers hazard removal with Defog to assist in Ursaluna-B's longevity and a slow U-turn to get it in safely. Cyclizar can also offer Ursaluna-B hazard removal with Rapid Spin, getting rid of Toxic Spikes which hinder Ursaluna-B's ability to clean lategame. Furthermore, Cyclizar can use Shed Tail on passive Pokemon like Quagsire, who is unable to break the substitute in one hit, (redundant) to bring in Ursaluna-B safely, allowing it to use Calm Mind freely once. Snorlax's physical wallbreaking ability is also appreciated to chip down specially defensive Pokemon like Articuno. Snorlax's Thick Fat ability also lets it act as an Ice resist in order to check Pokemon like Frosmoth, which Ursaluna-B struggles against (also checks Greninja and Flutter Mane). Choice Scarf Ditto is able to copy setup sweepers that attempt to force out Ursaluna-B like Swords Dance Ogerpon-W (and Chien-Pao?) and can threaten a reverse sweep against Water teams for example. Blissey is a defensive partner that checks most special attackers that threaten Ursaluna-B such as Choice Specs Greninja and Galarian Moltres. Blissey also provides hazard support in Stealth Rock, which gives Ursaluna-B an easier time wallbreaking and winning the 1v1 against Ogerpon-H by guaranteeing the OHKO with Blood Moon (Bliss also spreads T Wave as well). Indeedee provides support to Ursaluna-B with Healing Wish to improve its longevity if it has been badly poisoned or chipped to low HP. Indeedee's Psychic typing STAB also threatens opposing Fighting-types like Iron Valiant, Zamazenta and Iron Hands, with chip towards the latter easing Ursaluna-B's job of not having to trade to KO Iron Hands and letting it stay healthy enough to survive Sneasler's Close Combat (pretty vague and unnecessary). (Arboliva can switch into Water-type moves from foes such as Ogerpon-W, Dondozo, and Barraskewda while setting Grassy Terrain to improve Ursaluna-B's longevity)
