With great Attack, decent Speed, great coverage options, and a good STAB combination, Urshifu-S has cemented itself as one of the best wallbreakers in the metagame. Iron Head allows it to hit and deal significant damage to Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss, and Galarian Weezing that resist its STAB moves. This can be replaced with Sucker Punch, which lets it revenge kill faster threats such as Zeraora, Dragapult, and Volcarona, but can easily be taken advantage of when locked into. U-turn is a safe option that allows it to pivot out of Pokemon such as Clefable, Mandibuzz, and Toxapex to bring in a check to these Pokemon such as Rotom-H, Kyurem, Zeraora, or Hydreigon. A Jolly nature allows Urshifu-S to outspeed common threats such as Kyurem, Excadrill, and Rotom-H, but you can run Adamant to improve the chance of 2HKOing Hippowdon and Tangrowth.

Urshifu-S fits on bulky offense and balance teams where it can be brought in safely through slow pivoting in order to wreak havoc; Blissey, Slowbro, and Clefable are great teammates for Urshifu-S because of this. Slowbro especially is an excellent partner because Future Sight prevents Toxapex and Clefable from pivoting into Urshifu-S after Slowbro pivots out. Offensive pivots such as Zeraora and Dragapult are able to bring Urshifu-S in safely as well while also baiting in Pokemon such as Blissey and Tangrowth that Urshifu-S can take advantage of. Galarian Weezing is a good partner, being able to cancel the abilities of Clefable and Toxapex, making them easier for Urshifu-S to deal with. Depending on what it locks into, Urshifu-S can struggle with the likes of Togekiss, Clefable, and Toxapex, so checks to them like Rotom-H, Alakazam, and Kyurem make for good teammates.

Just an AM nitpicky check so take with a grain of salt...
This has less to do with Urshifu overall and more to do with referring to Dark/Fighting as 'near unresisted.' Is it fair to say a STAB combo is nearly unresisted when an entire type resists both your STABs? I suppose this only applies to Clefable, Togekiss, Weezing-Galar, Primarina, Azumarill and Sylveon, as they are pretty much the few viable Fairy-types, but I feel like thats more than enough to consider not using that specific phrase, especially given how common at least one of those Pokemon are.

With a great Attack and decent speed stat, great coverage options and a near unresisted STAB combination, Urshifu has cemented itself as one of the best wallbreakers in the metagame. I agree with chimp in that "a near unresisted STAB combination" is a bit of a stretch with Fairy-types like Clefable and Togekiss being so common, maybe just say "strong STAB combination"? Its stellar offensive typing combined with coverage in Iron Head and U-turn make it incredibly hard to switch into, making it a dangerous threat for almost any team. This is pretty much the first sentence rephrased. Iron Head allows it to hit and deal significant damage to Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss, and Galarian Weezing, who would otherwise resist its STAB moves. This can be replaced with Sucker Punch, which can allow it to late-game clean and revenge kill faster threats such as Zeraora and Dragapult, however it is an horrible move to lock into easily abusable when locked into. U-turn is a safe option that allows it to pivot out of Pokemon such as Clefable, Mandibuzz and Toxapex and bring in a check to these Pokemon. You should talk about Jolly vs Adamant here (Jolly allows it to outspeed the likes of Rotom-H, Kyurem, and Excadrill, while Adamant nets 2HKOs on the likes of Hippowdon and Tangrowth).

Urshifu fits on bulky offense and balance teams where it can be brought in safely through slow pivoting in order to wreak havoc; Blissey, Slowbro and Clefable are great teammates to Urshifu because of this, Slowbro especially is an excellent partner as it can bring it in safely with Teleport while Future Sight prevents Toxapex and Clefable from pivoting into Urshifu. You should add something about teammates that do well against Urshifu's checks, like Rotom-H. Additionally, it appreciates hazard support from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Hippowdon and Excadrill as it makes it even harder to switch into it in the process.

With great Attack and decent Speed stats, great coverage options and a excellent STAB combination, Urshifu has cemented itself as one of the best wallbreakers in the metagame. I think that saying that Urshifu-S has an excellent STAB combination definitely oversells Fighting / Dark. Its a good STAB combination, but completely walled by Fairy-types and that automically disqualifies it from being excellent. Just calling it decent or good is fine. Iron Head allows it to hit and deal significant damage to Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss and Galarian Weezing, who would otherwise resist its STAB moves. This can be replaced with Sucker Punch, which can allow it to late-game clean and revenge kill faster threats such as Zeraora and Dragapult, however it is easily abusable when locked into. Sucker Punch is not really used to clean late-game at all; you hardly get that opportunity. If worst comes to worst, the opposition can infinitely switch. It's almost purely to deal with certain offensive counterplay as you noted, and Volcarona, which deserves to be mentioned. U-turn is a safe option that allows it to pivot out of Pokemon such as Clefable, Mandibuzz and Toxapex and bring in a check to these Pokemon. Be more specific than "a check", multiple teammates are noteworthy here. Jolly allows it to outspeed common threats such as Kyurem, Excadrill and Rotom-H, however you can go Adamant in order to 2HKO Hippowdon and Tangrowth.

Depending on what it locks into, Urshifu can struggle with the likes of Togekiss, Clefable and Toxapex, as such checks to them like Rotom-H and Excadrill are make for good teammates. None of those Pokemon are really consistent checks to Toxapex, make sure to mention some actual checks. Additionally, it appreciates hazard support from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Hippowdon, and Excadrill as it makes it even harder to switch into it in the process. This is filler information. Urshifu-S in particular really doesn't benefit much from Spikes or Stealth Rock support, as its switchins are typically really not bothered by it.

Galarian Weezing is a pretty common teammate to Urshifu-S at this point in time, make sure to mention it. Here are two replays that showcase their synergy excellently:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-gen8ou-513319
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-gen8ou-512591

It's probably worth noting some more offensively oriented pivots like Dragapult and Zeraora too. Dragapult tends to bait in Pokemon such as Blissey, which Urshifu-S can capitalize off pretty well. Both Dragapult and Zeraora tend to force damage onto Clefable too, which is very useful for Urshifu-S.

For the record, the official phrasing is Urshifu-S rather than just Urshifu. I would like to take one more look before stamping.

Iron Head allows it to hit and deal significant damage to Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss and Galarian Weezing, who would otherwise resist its STAB moves. It's not like they don't resist its STAB moves. This can be replaced with Sucker Punch, which allows it to revenge kill faster threats such as Zeraora, Dragapult, and Volcarona, however it is easily abusable when locked into. U-turn is a safe option that allows it to pivot out of Pokemon such as Clefable, Mandibuzz and Toxapex and bring in a check to these Pokemon such as Rotom-H, Kyurem, and Zeraora. I'd like to see a better example of a Pokemon that can pressure Mandibuzz. Jolly allows it to outspeed common threats such as Kyurem, Excadrill and Rotom-H, however you can go Adamant to improve chances of 2HKOing Hippowdon and Tangrowth. There's a 2% chance of not 2HKOing either with an Adamant nature. This is really just a nitpick to be as accurate as possible.

Depending on what it locks into, Urshifu-S can struggle with the likes of Togekiss, Clefable and Toxapex, as such checks to them like Rotom-H, Reuniclus and Kyurem make for good teammates. Reuniclus fits on completely different archetypes. Find a better example.

With great Attack and decent Speed stats, (Add Comma), decent Speed, (Makes hyper clear that you don't mean "with great attack stats", meaning Atk + SpA) great coverage options (Add Comma), and a good STAB combination, Urshifu-S has cemented itself as one of the best wallbreakers in the metagame. Iron Head allows it to hit and deal significant damage to Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss and Galarian Weezing (Remove Comma) who that resist its STAB moves. This can be replaced with Sucker Punch, which allows it to lets it (repetitive phrasing) revenge kill faster threats such as Zeraora, Dragapult, and Volcarona, however it but is easily abusable when locked into. U-turn is a safe option that allows it to pivot out of Pokemon such as Clefable, Mandibuzz and Toxapex and to (more direct phrasing to ease long sentence) bring in a check to these Pokemon such as Rotom-H, Kyurem, Zeraora, and or Hydreigon. Jolly allows it to outspeed common threats such as Kyurem, Excadrill and Rotom-H, however but you can go Adamant(Add Comma), however (Add Comma), to improve chances the chance of 2HKOing Hippowdon and Tangrowth.

Urshifu-S fits on bulky offense and balance teams where it can be brought in safely through slow pivoting in order to wreak havoc; Blissey, Slowbro and Clefable are great teammates for Urshifu-S because of this. Slowbro especially is an excellent partner as it can bring it in safely with Teleport while because (slow pivoting existing on Slowbro is already covered. I tie it into Future Sight specifically at the end of the sentence) Future Sight prevents Toxapex and Clefable from pivoting into Urshifu-S after Slowbro pivots out. Offensive pivots such as Zeraora and Dragapult are able to bring it in safely as well, while also baiting in Pokemon such as Blissey and Tangrowth (Remove Comma), which that ("Bliss and Tang, which Urshifu-S can..." is grammatically correct, but the central goal is "baited Pokemon in general" not "specifically Bliss and Tang") Urshifu-S can take advantage of. Galarian Weezing is a good partner due to (Add Comma), (awkward phrasing) being able to cancel the abilities of Clefable and Toxapex, making them easier for Urshifu-S to deal with in the process. Depending on what it locks into, Urshifu-S can struggle with the likes of Togekiss, Clefable and Toxapex, as such so checks to them like Rotom-H, Alakazam and Kyurem make for good teammates.
