This Pokemon stays in the UU? We all know that we only played this Pokemon for fun because it is just Cramorant !! This Pokemon is better off in Ru from personal.

I might be wrong but I think you're looking at weighted stats (not the low ladder one but one weighted by the player's elo) which means this number is the sum of weighted values of each team with both Corviknight and Toxapex.
