what does braviary keep doing to hop around between ZU and NU
1 single person without a job. that is quite literally it mon is nicheless
there's gotta be a way to account for outliers in the equation for usage stats.
like it genuinely can't keep happening that one person spamming a mon makes it jump between tiers, from a tier in which it's pretty damn good (arguably best removal rn) to one where it's totally unviable.
the implications of brav being already guaranteed to rise are that either:
a) nu ladder is so inactive that a "normal" amount of games can make any mon move to the tier
b) that this person spammed brav so much that statistically its games should not be counted.
like, if this person has e.g. 100x more games with brav than the rest of the ladder combined, does that really mean that brav is a mon worth rising?
to me, this is something that should be accounted for when calculating usage stats.
i'm not here to offer a solution to this, i really don't know what the math behind usage stats is, but there has to be a way for this to not keep happening.

there's an ongoing pr thread about this exact topic with a couple ideas mentioned on how to mitigate this one-guy-spamming-one-team issue (among other things). there is hope still
