Primeape could move from ZU to NFE
I believe it's exempt from that rule since it rose from ZU to NU like a year ago, as opposed to the 3 months ago that I believe would warrant it falling directly back to ZU. I'm no authority though
ah finally, Terrain got spammed on ladder enough for this to happen. I honestly wondered why it took so long. I guess no OTR diancie makes it less likely to run into a single mon that dismantles the whole style

Umbreon...was an absolute nightmare the last time it was in NU, honestly, if chandelure avoids the ban, these 2 will be very helpful against it.
I was initially confused why the RU latter started to NUBL dumpster dive all of the sudden, but then I remembered that three of their most defining mons got Thanos' snapped out of the tier, so suddenly that makes sense (except Deo-D lol).
Still very unwilling to give up Forretress for some reason....
Well Suicune giga won from the disappearance of Volcanion as one of its hardest walls is now gone and mono water calm mind sets such as vincune are free to set up and sweep. Gyarados and Salamence also gave it quite a hard time. Suicune went from NUBL to one of the most threatening RU win conditions and now Vaporeon is gaining traction over Gastrodon as a water immunity as having Haze and Roar as anti setup options instead of Clear Smog makes it match up significantly better into it.
Mienshao is just RU looking for another fighting type they can slap a choice scarf on now that Zapdos-Galar is gone. Similar speed tier and still packs knock off and a beefy cc and though it is significantly less bulky, Regenerator means it can stick around in spite of it.
