Rejected Usage stat based recommendation for Lc

Lc has over 100 Pokemon usable In it, however, only 31 Pokemon were above the 4,52 threshold that are normally applied for cutting off tier, this can make finding the viable Pokemon a lot harder for new players and just overall makes it a lot more tedious to have a fast overview of the tier. My suggestion would be that the builder would have a Lc category with the 31 Pokemon with usage over 4,52%, and another category called below Lc, the same way it is in the pu tier, in which the rest of the Pokemon can be found
