Congrats to you guys! Good sets and good matchups to that victim! The OP will be updated. New victim is...

Simisear @ Firium Z / Grassium Z
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot
- Focus Blast / Hidden Power Ice

Submitting goes until midday Wednesday and voting will begin then

Lycanroc @ Lycanium Z
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Drill Run
- Accelerock

Lycanroc is one of the best offensive checks to Nasty Plot Simisear. With Simisear lacking any viable means of raising its Speed, Lycanroc can revenge kill it easily with Stone Edge due to its better Speed tier. This makes it near impossible for Simisear to sweep until Lycanroc is removed. Lycanroc can even switch in on it, as it resists its STAB and can live a Grass Knot. For a Simisear to predict it coming in would mean it would have to either risk Focus Blast or commit to using Bloom Doom, if it is even holding Grassium Z.

252 Atk Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 438-516 (150.5 - 177.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Simisear Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Lycanroc: 105-124 (36 - 42.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Simisear Grass Knot (60 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Lycanroc: 154-182 (52.9 - 62.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Muk

Muk @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 176 HP / 212 Atk / 120 SpD
Careful Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Shadow Sneak
- Thunder Punch
- Power-Up Punch/Ice Punch

Assault Vest Muk probably qualifies for the most consistent counter to Simisear of any sorts. This particular Simisear set has no reliable way to beat Muk, with FiriumZ being an OHKO at +4, and less than a 50% chance to OHKO at +2 with Rocks+1 layer of Spikes. Meanwhile Simi will always go down to Gunk Shot+Shadow Sneak. Thanks to the set options provided, this Simisear is actually extremely hard to counter (with mons that are viable, at least) so I would say this Muk is likely your best option without running a set that a mon would never realistically run. There is the inconsistency of hazards and bad rolls (Muk can guaranteed survive +2 FiriumZ with Rocks+spikes with more spdef investment, but it causes Gunk+Shadow to not be a guaranteed KO with 2 minimum rolls.) and of course you have to hit Gunk Shot.

This set also has the advantage of beating any unlisted set Simisear may want to run, as well as being a solid check or counter to many special attackers in the tier.
+2 252 SpA Simisear Inferno Overdrive (185 BP) vs. 176 HP / 120+ SpD Assault Vest Muk: 268-316 (67.8 - 80%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
212 Atk Muk Gunk Shot vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 238-282 (81.7 - 96.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
212 Atk Muk Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 54-64 (18.5 - 21.9%) -- possible 5HKO

And now we hope that I formatted this correctly.

It is time.

Primeape @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Gunk Shot
- U-turn

Ape works here as a check. Primeape can come in and revenge kill Simisear very easily. A Stone Edge or even Close Combat can kill Simisear and kill its chances of pulling off a sweep.

252 Atk Primeape Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 246-291 (84.5 - 100%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Primeape Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Simisear: 274-324 (94.1 - 111.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Lanturn @ Assault Vest
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 172 SpA / 136 SpD / 200 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald / Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Ice Beam
- Discharge

Lanturn is a check. Solidly switches in all of Sear's moves (apart from Bloom Doom, which does 52 to 61% at +0. If there wasn't a possibility of Grassium, Lanturn would be a straight-up counter but it isn't) and to be honest, grassZ is less seen than FireZ imo unless someone wants to contest that. Also, Scald has a 50% chance of OHKO without rocks Hydro is a guaranteed OHKO so Sear gets bopped.

Swanna @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Hurricane
- Brave Bird
- Scald
- Defog

Another birb for another victim. Scarf Swanna is a fine check against Simisear due to it being able to revenge kill it and end its sweep via sack or being brought in by Voltturn. Scald is pretty much guaranteed the KO since Simisear is frail af and Swanna can even come in on an unboosted Simisear to take a hit if necessary. Also Scarf Swanna is underrated af use the swan more damn.

Dugtrio-Alola @ Leftovers
Ability: Tangling Hair
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Toxic
- Substitute

Dug isn't a bad mon, especially because it checks the 2 strongest NP sweepers: simisear and raichu. Ofc u don't tank fireblast (you dodge it), but you can switch on a predicted NP or grassknot. In any case, it safely revenge kills it, since it outspeeds and Kos with EQ, so you can even get a free sub in the process: you don't lose momentum which is a bonus.

Pyukumuku @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Soak
- Recover
- Block

the most simisear can do is z-grass knot, which does max 85% iirc, so it doesn't kill after rocks. grass knot does 12% and fire blast a little bit more. the most simisear can do is focus blast. because of grass-z set, i'd say this is more of a check, albeit a very solid one.

Clefairy @ Eviolite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Softboiled

Counter. The key here is getting Clefairy in before Simisear has Nasty Plotted at all so that it can Calm Mind up and/or Seismic Toss the monkey to death. Clef's bulk can withstand 3 non-boosted hits (assuming no crits of course).
