UU Balance

Though I admit it's probably leaning more towards the defensive side. First thing's first, I haven't tested this yet. I'm posting it on here to smooth out any initial glaring weaknesses before I do so.

386D.png

Deoxys-D@Leftovers
Bold nature
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 SpD

Recover
Seismic Toss
Stealth Rock
Spikes

Deoxy-D gets up initial hazard and is most likely to survive until later in the battles with those defences. Moves are pretty self-explanatory.

207.png

Gligar@Eviolite
Bold nature
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 SpD

Roost
Toxic
Substitute
Earthquake

Straight physical wall to stall out opponent.

429.png

Mismagius@Leftovers
Timid nature
252 HP/ 252 Spe/ 6 SpA

Will ‘O’ Wisp
Pain Split
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power Flying

Mismagius is, imo, the single best fighting type counter in the tier and absolutely necessary, what with Heracross, Cobalion and Machamp running rampant. She switches in on the DynamicPunch/ Close Combat and cripples with Will 'O' Wisp. And before you say anything about HP Flying...bear in mind that Mismagius is specifically a fighting type counter and I can't hit any fighting types with only Shadow Ball. HP Flying is preferred over Psychic for Hera.

214.png

Heracross@Choice Scarf
Adamant nature
252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 6 Def

Megahorn
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Pursuit

Switched Machamp for Heracross for the extra speed and offensive presence.

245.png

Suicune@Leftovers
Calm nature
252 HP/ 6 SpD/ 252 SpD

Rest
Sleep Talk
Scald
Calm Mind

Good ole CroCune. Specially defensive variant since I'm in need of some Special Defence investment and Suicune often finds itself the target of Roserade and Raikou all the world over. Nothing else needs saying, I don't think.

243.png

Raikou@Choice Scarf
Rash nature
252 SpA/ 6 SpD/ 252 Spe

Thunderbolt
Aura Sphere
Hidden Power Ice
Volt Switch

Wrecks things and counters bulky waters. 'Cause I can. (Rash reduces speed drastically but increased Special Attack, so I switched to Scarf)

Pretty solid UU team I'd say, counters against set-up pokes and what not.
Machamp's slow base speed may cost you on a Sub set though I must say :P
Also you should invest EV's in Defence on CroCune, Calm Mind can add to your SpDef easily enough, but you don't want to have that chink in your armour when things like Heracross hit you hard with those physical moves :P
Altogether though, nice! :P

For future reference you should test before posting your team. I'll give you my thoughts.

Deoxys D is fine

I don't understand murkrow at all... what exactly is it supposed to do? All it can do is lower attack and torment. Really a waste of a teamslot since it doesnt counter anything and has no way of doing damage. Sure, you could taunt something like opposing deo d's, but then what? As he switches so do you? Terrible set.

Mismagius really isn't a good fighting counter because of her terrible defense. She is outclassed in that role by pretty much every other ghost type in the tier such as dusclops, sableye, cofagrigus, and even chandelure. Also, hp flying is dumb. Psychic would hit hera super effectively too. If you're looking for a good fighting type counter gligar is probably the best imo. There are many other good choices to deal with powerful fighting types but I don't feel like listing them all.

As the person above me said, change suicunes ev's to max hp/def.

Machamp and raikou look fine.

I personally don't see how you plan on doing any damage to the opponent. The team needs a lot of work to be a real threat. Try playing around with it a bit and next time you make a team test it a bit before uploading. Sorry if that sounds harsh I'm trying to be constructive.

Just gonna point this out, you can't use a Timid nature with Aura Sphere Raikou. It HAS to be a Rash nature because that's how it was released.

Rightio, will try Gligar over Murkrow, and thanks for pointing out the Rash nature thing. Suicune's been changed. Mismagius can Pain Split if the fighting type happens to be using something that's not DynamicPunch/ Close Combat (pretty rare except in the case of Heracross who might be using Megahorn which takes 40% roughly)

Also, HP Flying Vs. Psychic on Choice Scarf Heracross = 74.2% - 87.4%. A clean OHKO with SR and three layers of Spikes.

Psychic Vs. Choice Scarf Heracross = 47% - 55%. Admittedly, it'd probably do more damage to Cobalion and Machamp then HP Flying, but HP Flying still does a decent amount.

This is with minimal Special Attack investment.

Could I ask PureGenius to be a little less rude and a little more constructive please?

Before I say anything else, I just want to say that actually testing the team first hand is the best feed back you are going to get and ironing out any flaws accordingly.

I haven't seen your murkrow set, and people above me seem to groan at it, but I always liked the idea of murkrow in UU specifically perishlook set.

First of all, you have suicune as your special wall, which kind of confuses me because crocune is tried and tested to be inferiort than your EV's and calm mind is used for SpD boosts. Have you ever thought about making deoxys-D specially defensive instead and having a crocune set? It makes your suicune more offensively ominous as well as something that can take darmanitansand victini's hits better.

A big threat to this team is golurk, if it sets up a sub it threatens your whole team. You have to rely on gligar to take it and I am cynical that an EQ take take out the sub.

hi, your descriptions are pretty lacking so you should probably bulk them up a bit before a mod has to lock this thread:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.
in addition, it is required for you to test your team before you post it:

16. Play with your team before putting it up for rate. We as a community cannot emphasize this enough. No one wants to rate the team that you freshly created while eating breakfast or the gimmick you randomly put together. We as a community want teams that have been battle tested so that the obvious flaws have been hammered out.

This is particularly because just by playing with a team, you yourself can figure out what is wrong with your team. You don't need other people to help you quite yet - and to be blunt, you're just being lazy or have the wrong idea of what the RMT forum is if you're posting teams you spent fifteen minutes creating.
