Playoff Qualification Changes

Due to the amount of participation and feedback over previous editions of this tour too, we've decided amongst hosts with Lily's approval to increase the amount of players qualifying each cycle to 6, helping increase the amount of qualifiers and further rewarding solid performance within a cycle by offering the top 2 players each cycle a Round 1 Bye in playoffs.

This will take effect immediately and include this week.
