I'm going to assume your opp missed the time for you to call act, but from what I see on your opponent's wall you both scheduled for Friday. I don't understand the process to call act two days after the arranged deadline with there being no attempt to let your opponent know you were online or an attempt to reschedule if they or both of you missed the time. On this basis, I'm going to tell you to reschedule with Expulso, you have a whole week to get your games done. If there is no development and they either fail to respond or miss the scheduled time again, then I will give you the act call.

My oppenant and I have hard time to schedule. The last time, I waited 3 hours and needed to sleep. I hope we can play in times.
