Grassy Seed Lati is a nasty option on teams with Tapu Bulu, gains the ability to do some dangerous late game sweeps with the free +1 defence making you harder to revenge kill with stuff like Mamo and Scarfers etc and powering up Stored Power further. Cleans up nicely with mons like Bulu breaking through annoyances like Toxic Aegislash, likes some support from stuff like Toxic Slowking etc that can cripple Hydreigon.

Excadrill has some merit as an effective suicide lead on hyper offense teams. Rock Tomb allows Excadrill to keep up hazards against faster Pokemon such as Steel Beam allows it to sacrifice itself to block Defog from Mandibuzz. Toxic allows it to punish hazard removal and switch ins such as Tangrowth and the aforementioned Mandibuzz. Rapid Spin is nice because Excadrill already beats the main Ghost-type Aegislash. Focus Sash allows Excadrill to always get ip Stealth Rock.

Yo special excadrill sucks actually dont use this set, only advantages over regular drill is that you can actually super own phys def tang and skarmory (somewhat) these are the only 3 moves that it can use. other than that its super shit, but it can be kinda funny. We keep rapid spin to have some utility and maybe have some sweeping potential?!

Continuing my trend of submitting old sets out of past generations, here's a set that was used back in BW and ORAS OU. Excadrill can work as a decent revenge killer with some defensive utility thanks to its typing and Rapid Spin, and its coverage and speed covers most important threats. Rock Slide hits Pokemon like Moltres and Salamence, but Toxic is another option to cripple bulkier Pokemon this set cannot break.
