Pretty easy team to use with little to no flaws imo.
Now before you all shout off at me, yes I know this team doesn't have any resistances to dragon type attacks but to be honest I've never been afraid of dragons while using this team. This is mainly because Latias is quite possibly the best dragon in the format which of course Muk-Alola traps very easily. As for other dragons like Komoo-o, M.Altaria, M. Sceptile, Haxorus Amoonguss should be able to wall them quite effectively however Kommo-o needs to be confirmed physical to have Amoonguss as a reliable switch in and of course Hydregion is pretty heavily countered by Muk. Now let's go through the individual mons:
Amoonguss:
Very solid pokemon proving to be a very good response to the broken BL mons recently moved down into the heights of S viability rankings. Amoonguss can deal will non +6 Azu, Serperior, pre-toxic orb Gliscor and the most notable mons Breloom and Buzzwole. The aid of spore definitely helps other members of the team gain free switch ins on mons desperately trying to burn sleep turns or else it can help out other members like Buzzwole and Latias recover or set up (we'll get to them in a moment) Clear smog is just a great response to the amount of set up sweepers in the meta which fortunately Amoonguss can deal with most of said set up sweepers.
Buzzwole:
A really fun an unconventional set I used to counter my most hated play strategy, stall. Blissey and Alomomola no matter how hard I tried I couldn't break said stall pairing but now I have a perfect response, Buzzwole. With enough HP to keep it's sub alive from Blissey and with enough sp.def and HP to not lose its sub to one of Alo's scald Buzzwole can just bulk up in their faces. Revenge killers like (Flash fire) Chandelure, Marowak-Alola, Mega Pidgeot, Mega Doom, Entei, Darmanitan, Togekiss and Volcanion will all be blown back by a suprise +1 stone edge and before you know it you're a plus 2 Buzzwole that has defeated 1/3 of a team.
Swampert:
Now of course this mon can be replaced with Empoleon if you're struggling with the no dragon stab switch in but I prefer swampert. Swampert with only one weakness to grass often just grants Amoonguss free switch ins which can be great if you want to predict a switch and lauch off a spore on the switch. Swampert just helps round out weaknesses to scary mons like Darmanitan and CB Entei. Not really much to talk about its just a standard set and I'm sure by now you all know what Swampert does. (can also be replaced with Seismitoad, the jerk)
Latias:
A specially defensive monster that has the luxury of switching vs. Muk-Alola and Krook despite pursuits. Ice beam helps beat down Gliscor and can even let Lati knock out a weakned Krook. This team isn't very hazards weak so Defog can be replaced but I always have that safety net in case a webs team can become annoying.
Mega Manetric:
By this stage I'm sure you realise I like my subsitute mons and yes you are correct, I do. I NEVER find myself clicking thunderbolt with Manetric so sub is just a half decent 4th moveslot to help abuse teams weak to the combination of electric, fire and ice.
Muk-Alola:
Gengar and the previously mentioned Latias were issues for this team so Assault vest Muk handles them very well. Sometimes you do have to keep Muk healthy to avoid being swept by an opposing Gengar or Latias but I feel that keeping Muk-Alola alive with the bulk and reliable switch ins in this team shouldn't be too hard.

The only thing is that I wouldn't have is Sub Manec

Thunderbolt is better so you don't sub and lose health by volt switching out.

That is all I have I have to try the team this is first looking changes

Also if you can help me with my RMT that would be helpful
