Please note that I'm newish to competitive battling in general, and even more so to UU. Therefore I'm going to be pessimistic and assume this team sucks >>

I tend to stick to Pokemon I like, which is why none of these guys resemble lightning rods/dreidels/wtf is this thing

dpmfa038.png
Ninetales@Leftovers
Timid | Flash Fire
252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nasty Plot
Flamethrower
Energy Ball
Hypnosis

//edit: Running the Nasty Plot + Hypnosis set; Hypnosis making sure Ninetales gets a NP in and is able to sweep.

dpmfa310.png
Manectric@Choice Specs
Timid | Static
252 SpAtk / 220 Spe / 36 HP
Thunderbolt
Overheat
Hidden Power [Grass]
Hyper Beam

Simple sweeper. T-bolt and Flamethrower cover most things, HP Grass handles Ground/Rock types and Lanturn. Hyper Beam is suicidal but really hurts and can be used when Manectric's about to bite the dust anyways.
//edit: Overheat rather than Flamethrower since he's Specs'd now.

dpmfa277.png
Swellow@Toxic Orb
Adamant | Guts
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Protect
Facade
U-Turn
Brave Bird

Outspeeds everything in UU, save for Electrode and Choice Scarfers. Protect activates Toxic Orb and is good for predicting sets. Facade is the real force behind this, getting boosts from STAB, Guts and status. Swellow U-Turns out when it can't handle something. Brave Bird is suicidal but effective.

dpmfa036.png
Clefable@Leftovers
Bold | Magic Guard
252 HP / 152 Def / 100 SpD / 4 Spe
Counter
Light Screen
Softboiled
Seismic Toss

Tosses up a Light Screen to take minimal damage from special attacks, then Counters away physical attacks. Softboiled as needed and Seismic Toss is Seismic Toss. Magic Guard makes sure Clefable doesn't get worn down by status and lets it switch in on Toxic and Will-O-Wisp and not worry about sleep later on.

dpffa031.png
Nidoqueen@Leftovers
Impish | Poison Point
252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Atk
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Crunch
Focus Punch/Stealth Rock

Tank. Has some nice resists and is able to hit most everything.

dpmfa009.png
Blastoise@Leftovers
Bold | Torrent
252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk

UU Milotic. Does... UU Milotic things.

Burn Orb is better on Swellow. It does less overall damage and the attack drop does not apply with Guts.
Had that originally, but someone told me to use Toxic Orb instead. It does less damage up until 3 turns and resets each time you switch out, so on the whole it seems safer.

Personally the roles of Ninetales and Magnetric seem to be reversed. I would be Specsing Magnetric and going Nasty Plot / Hypnosis / Flamethrower / Energyball on Ninetales. Swellow or Ninetales make a better (well, more common in my experience) lead than Magnetric for that matter. In any case these are just my opinion on the matter.

You're leading with Manectric is it simply first on your list?

Tosses up a Light Screen to take minimal damage from special attacks, then Counters away physical attacks.

Have you actually run some damage calcs to see how it fairs against some of th heaviest hitters and their physical attacks?

Nidoqueen ... Tankish Spiker. Sets up SR and Toxic Spikes, then flings Roar around. Earthquake hurts things.

Toxic spikes is not nearly as effective a strategy in UU where poison types are dime a dozen. Only having EQ as an attack you offer a free switch in to all levitaters and flyers including Claydol, UU's preminent Rapid Spinner, who'll be switching in to get rid of the Stealth rock, consider Crunch > SR.

Blastoise ... UU Milotic. Does... UU Milotic things.

Not so much ... Milotic actually has an ablity that boosts its defence from RestTalking and a reasonable offensive stat. Blastoise has neither ...given that two of your sweepers (Swellow and Ninetales) are vulnerable to Stealth Rock you'd be better making him a sweeper.

*Edit*

Also agree with Lord_Sunday about reversing Manectric and Ninetales's roles.

Done; and I'll make Tales my lead for the time being.

Will do.

What about Spikes/Stealth Rock/Earthquake/Crunch?

...Well, a rather downgraded Milotic.
I see your point, though.

please dont post threads in all caps
Sorry about that =(

If you're running Specs Manectric now then Overheat is preferable to flamethrower, and you'll want to tell people then analysis recommends Hyper Beam before someone points out the absolutly obvious...

What about Spikes/Stealth Rock/Earthquake/Crunch?

I guess that could work ... to be honest I've never found the time to set up spikes in UU. With it being, on average, a more offensive metagame than OU, setting up can be more difficult.

Changed it for now... I could always run Nido as a tank, I guess.

Also ran some calcs on that Clefable; it survives most Choice Banded assaults from anything lacking Close Combat and a really high Attack stat.

Yeah, sorry but Nidoqueen doesn't learn Spikes. It only learns Stealth Rock/Toxic Spikes.

For just starting off in UU, it's a very good team. I feel as though Manectric is out of place. You might want to consider a spinner (particularly because you are taking a considerable amount of damage from Stealth Rock) or something that will help to remove status. On a side note, CS Hitmonlee might wreck your team.
