UU Team

Granbull
@ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Atk / 40 Def
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Heal Bell

Intimidate opening, Body Slam over Return for paralysis which helps to increase the staying power of Granbull. UU is full of status so it was important to have some form of status remover because of lack of poison type to absorb Toxic Spikes.

Dodrio @ Choice Band
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Return
- Quick Attack
- Sleep Talk

Quick and hard hitting. Use to have Primeape on my team, in place of Hitmontop, but often times it was too easily taken down by a CB Close Combat. Sleep Talk for pseudo sleep immunity and three stab attacks to make sure something lands. Quick attack for those thinking they can get an easy sweep. Sleep Talk in general is not very effective since it can only be used once for the surprise factor and I have to switch out.

Jumpluff
@ Leftovers
EVs: 188 Def / 68 SpD / 252 Spe
Ability: Chlorophyll
Jolly Nature
- Aerial Ace
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Substitute

Slowly kills walls, aerial ace for the grass mirror match. Standard sub-seeder, can take hits pretty well and hide behind subs until the opponent is dead or forces a switch.

Lanturn @ Leftovers
EVs: 40 HP / 192 SpA / 240 SpD / 36 Spe
Ability: Volt Absorb
Calm Nature
- Confuse Ray
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave

Parafusion for easy switches to better matchups. Helps prolong the life of Lanturn. STAB Surf and Thunderbolt hits from the special side of the spectrum. Overall sponge which can take hits but won't survive against Hitmonlee.

Sandslash
@ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Ability: Sand Veil
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge

Bulky enough to take hits, drops rocks. Helps to deal with rock weakness, provides some much needed support. Stone Edge for fliers, Earthquake for STAB.

Hitmontop
@ Life Orb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
Ability: Technician
Adamant Nature
- Aerial Ace
- Bullet Punch
- Fake Out
- Mach Punch

Prioritop for some easy damage. Questioning if I should have Stone Edge over Aerial Ace.

Problems

106.png
Hitmonlee:
CB Close Combat rapes my team, counters Lanturn with Earthquake and with Limber and as a result I cannot paralyze it. My only hope is to catch it with Confuse Ray on the switch. Sandslash's EV's must be skewed because CB Close Combat still does a lot of damage. Jumpluff is a likely saviour, some pack Scarf over Band and still have the ability to hit hard and sweep.

483.png
Froslass:
Team has an Ice and Rock weakness, Froslass is fast and hits particularly hard with Ice Beam. Once Lanturn is gone I have no real way to stop this, most players will save Froslass as their last Pokemon and it's where I usually get screwed over.

264.png
Linoone:
Once it gets the boost from Belly Drum + Salac, nothing can outspeed it. Packs priority moves, Quick Attack becomes a tad useless.

why not give Jumpluff HP Flying > Aerial Ace and Timid Nature? Better yet, why not just go with Encore > either of those? There are better options than Aerial Ace.

I don't play a lot of UU, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

You can lessen your Froslass and Linoone problems in one shot by taking out one of your Ice-weak Pokémon and replacing it with a Steel-type like Aggron, Probopass, or Mawile. Perhaps Sandslash should be the one to go, since Aggron could fit its role pretty well. You'd lose Rapid Spin, though.

On your Lanturn, have you considered freeing up a slot by combining Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave into Discharge? You could use the last slot for something like Stockpile or Aqua Ring to increase survivability.

Sleep Talk really doesn't seem worth it on Dodrio. I'd probably replace it with Pursuit.

Do you need Fake Out on Hitmontop? It does some 'free' damage, I suppose, but you take 10% damage as well and it's a relatively weak, unSTABbed hit that's never super-effective. If anything, I'd replace that with Stone Edge and keep Aerial Ace. You might also consider Pursuit over Bullet Punch. It'll hit Ghosts that are immune to Mach Punch much harder than Bullet Punch, albeit not with priority.

If you're going to keep Aerial Ace on Jumpluff, it should probably have some of Attack EVs. Like Falkner mentioned, Encore may be a better option.

You really have no froslass or linoone problem. I mean lanturn handles froslass fine. You can't really say once my counter is gone I'm screwed because that's obvious. In any case even if lanturn is gone, you're not exactly screwed. Top can take 1 hit at least and in that time can bullet punch it twice.

Tell me if I'm wrong but I'm almost certain fake out goes before extremespeed. But even if it doesn't, if it has espeed instead of return, then sandslash can definitely survive a hit and kill.

Swellow is generally better than Dodrio IMO. faster, U-Turn,Guts etc. Dodrio has its advantages, but I personally prefer Swellow.

For your Hitmonlee(also applies to Primeape/Hitmontop) problem you may want to replace Sandslash with Claydol. Still sets up rocks/spins, but resists fighting as well.
