UU Tryhard Team!

This is an attempt at a stall team that focuses on using poison, burns, and entry hazards to wear the opponent down, until a sweep can be set up. I'm also attempting to not use any "legendaries", for no real practical reason. Anyway, overview:

Tegmine (Crustle) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 226 HP / 252 Def / 30 SDef
Impish Nature
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock

Look at Crustle. Seriously, just look at it. It's awesome. Crustle also has both Stealth Rock and Spikes in its toolkit. Whoa. One layer of Spikes and Stealth Rock, if not resisted/weak against, will do ~1/4 HP, which is better than 2 layers of Spikes alone. Crustle has the physical bulk to set up two turns worth of hazards against the right things, and also has enough power to scare away things that are weak to its STABs, such as Claydol. Its typing pretty much sucks, which is sad.

Ankaa (Xatu) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Psychic
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect

Xatu has Magic Bounce. Being able to status absorb for the team and reflect entry hazards is what makes Xatu awesome. It can sorta toxic stall with wish+protect and special bulk, and it can pass the wishes (167 HP), which work out decently since Cofagrigus and Hitmontop have low base HP anyway. It isn't the bulkiest, but a 1/2 psychic resist, 1/4 fighting resist and ground immunity helps it switch in. Can also scare off most Toxic Spikes users.

Polaris (Muk) (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 6 Def
Careful Nature
- Poison Jab
- Brick Break
- Shadow Sneak
- Curse

Muk, in theory, should come in when the other team's sweeper is out of play, proceed to set up, and poop on everything. The truth is, I haven't actually used it yet, but I felt my team needed a bulky late game sweeper. Muk seems like a good add to the team since it can absorb Toxic Spikes/can't be poisoned at all, and can poison with Poison Jab. Its moves are not that powerful and do not add a type coverage that the team needs, however.

Metallah (Porygon-Z) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Modest Nature
- Tri Attack
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Dark Pulse

It revenge kills things/straight up kills things. Pretty self-explanatory. It's great against things that it is faster than that are weak to its moves. Its ghost immunity really helps it deal with enemy spin blockers. Porygon-Z has the SpAtk to do terrible things with a Scarf, especially if Download grants a SpAtk boost. It has the best coverage on my team by far, and can scare away ghosts. It also has a bit of bulk and only one weakness.

Algol (Cofagrigus) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Mummy
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 6 Def
Calm Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Haze

This one provides so much to this team. It burns things that should be burned, it Hazes things that should be Hazed, and with low base HP, Pain Split gets decent yield. Burns are great for all the Steels that can't be poisoned. EV'd in SpDef, since it is the closest thing I have to a special sponge. It is also my best check to anything that attempts a set up. It's the team's spin-blocker, and since it has good survivability, it is a pretty reliable one. Makes a good pivot for Porygon-Z. Mummy's also pretty awesome. Look at those hands. Damn, they're crazy.

Saiph (Hitmontop) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Close Combat
- Sucker Punch
- Toxic
- Rapid Spin

How is thing in any way intimidating? Anyway, Hitmontop. He is this team's physical buffer, and his presence makes anything with Moxie sad. He works great with Xatu, since he resists Rock and Dark, and has low enough HP to heal over half his health from Xatu's Wishes. Xatu takes status and psychic moves for him in turn. Together, they are great at spreading Toxic. Also works well with Crustle, taking rocks to the face like a champ. He covers Cofagrigus's Dark weakness, while appreciating Cofagrigus's burns. Generally, he's a great pivot. He also Spins and revenge kills to boot.

Now for the problems. This team does not have any water resistance nor flying resistance. Both special sponges are weak to dark and ghost moves (pursuit). It also has no way to change the weather. Any suggestions would be great.

The truth is, I haven't actually used it yet, but I felt my team needed a bulky late game sweeper.

This was quoted from your Muk description. The Sticky'd RMT forum posts advise that you shouldn't post an RMT without actually trying it out. Use your team a bit more, see if YOU can make any improvements before asking for the help of others, and then come back when you feel you can't do much more to improve the team. You shouldn't have too much trouble finding improvements to this team after playing it for awhile, because it has a lot of glaring weaknesses among the UU metagame. Fire and Electric type Pokemon both sweep your team without too much effort, for example, as do Nasty Plot Azelf and Mew.

This looks more like a bulky offense set up not stall, but you don't run offense EVs. You should either invest in some offense or mons with reliable recovery. As it stands, you can't hold momentum with this team outside of wishpassing.
Roserade with natural cure rest, toxic spikes, leaf storm would do a lot for your team by offering reliable recovery, lots of pressure on the opponent and a handful of resistances.

Umbreon + Empoleon take down the whole team, bar Htop. Swap Htop for Blastoise as a spinner, adding a bulky water, and add Mienshao as your fighting type.:)

In my opinion no stall team is complete without Toxic Spikes, the only hazard that you lack. Since your trusty pal Muk can't learn the move unfortunately, I recommend that you replace him in favor of a another Poison that is capable of laying TS, such as Drapion, Nidoqueen, Qwilfish, or even the likes of Scolipede. It all depends on what you want. Scolipede actually outspeeds lead Frosslass so if you use him you're definitely getting one layer out. Drapion can be bulky from both sides, Qwilfish is a great bulky water, and Nidoqueen has offensive presence. With Toxic Spikes, Hitmontop and Xatu won't need Toxic anymore, and you can make room for another coverage move.

Again, with stall, you're going to want a lot of recovery options, and then only reliable one you have on there is wish (Pain Split isn't reliable...). You could start by Turning Porygon Z into Porygon2 and run the "Defensive Duck" set. It's got recovery, enough offensive presence to get by, and it's bulky as hell.

Cofagrigus is best as a defensive wall, so adjust his EVs and nature to reflect that. However, if you still want a special wall in that slot, I recommend Umbreon.

Overall your team has a rock weakness. You have a spinner to get rid of Stealth Rock but anything with the EdgeQuake combination will power through a very large majority of the team (*Cough* Rhyperior Cough*) . If you're running stall you need to have common combinations like this completely checked. A good direct Rhyperior counter would be either Slowbro or Bronzong. Slowbro can take any hit from him. You may think that megahorn would pack a punch but, just look at these calcs.

16+ Atk Rhyperior Megahorn vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Slowbro: 174-206 (44.27 - 52.41%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Rhyperior Megahorn vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Slowbro: 308-364 (78.37 - 92.62%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Combine that with Slack Off, Regenerator, and a badly poisoned status from the should-be-present toxic spikes and Rhyperior doesn't become a problem.

Oh, I forgot about Bronzong. Sorry, I love Slowbro >.<

Bronzong is immune to EQ and can take Stone Edge for years. Pretty self explanatory.
