Can you elaborate?
Basically, me and Faded both agreed that Mega Sceptile is not a counter to Rhyperior. A counter implies that the Pokemon can continuously switch into the victim throughout the game and always win the matchup. Mega Sceptile always risks Rhyperior possibly clicking Stone Edge, and then it becomes unreliable in hard switching into Rhyperior for the rest of the game. While it can take handle any other move, this glaring flaw prevents Mega Sceptile from being a counter and so it was knocked down to checks. Apologies if we didn’t already made our intentions clear.
