To obtain one, capture a Psyduck and nickname it as listed beneath under the code tab, which is the dex number.
Go to the Poké Portal and use link code 0000 1990 and the bot should trade you your requested Pokémon.
All Pokémon were bred or caught by me personally, obeying Smogon Wifi's rules.
Proof of each individual Pokémon listed here can be found in my trade thread.

Just wanted to let you know Brave/Sassy 30+/30+/30+/x/30+/0 is probably impossible for Dusclops.
Perhaps with specific anti-shiny spreads (spreads that replace existing spreads if they were going to be shiny) but even then it's unlikely and you'd need to find someone willing to TID/SID abuse in XD for you.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Regarding your message you are correct, although; with a speed IV of 0 - 3 Dusclops still hits 27 speed at Level 50 (negative speed nature).
Taking that knowledge into account more spreads become available, which is how I got my hands on a Relaxed 31/30/31/xx/30/3 XD Dusclops.
