Vaporeon serves as one of the tier's premier clerics, providing excellent utility through Heal Bell and Wish support, while a good defensive typing in Water allows it to check dangerous Pokemon such as Doublade, Cobalion, and Rhyperior. Heal Bell allows Vaporeon to support its team by removing status effects. Alternatively, Ice Beam punishes Pokemon like Roserade and Tsareena on the switch while also preventing Noivern from breaking Vaporeon with Taunt. Toxic is another option to nail Pokemon such as Milotic, Heliolisk, Rotom-C, and Mantine, while still preventing Noivern from switching in freely. Haze is an option to better check setup sweepers such as Doublade and Reuniclus but generally loses out on utility. A physically defensive spread allows Vaporeon to check threats such as Mamoswine and Golisopod. A specially defensive spread is also an option to better check Pokemon such as Noivern and Chandelure, but it does worse overall against Cobalion and Doublade.

Teammates that take advantage of the Wish support that Vaporeon provides, such as Galarian Weezing, Bronzong, and Rhyperior, are good options. Galarian Weezing can also check Pokemon such as Mamoswine and Sirfetch'd that can overwhelm Vaporeon. Machamp can exploit Pokemon such as Umbreon and Milotic that would normally give Vaporeon trouble, while Vaporeon can check Noivern. Vaporeon is especially vulnerable to Calm Mind Reuniclus, as it isn't perturbed by Scald burns or Toxic poison, so teammates such as Escavalier that can deal with this Pokemon are important. In addition, Escavalier not only benefits from Vaporeon's Wish support, but it also appreciates Vaporeon dealing with Incineroar. In exchange, Escavalier deals with Grass-types such as Celebi and Roserade. Heliolisk is annoying for Vaporeon, as it walls Heal Bell sets, so partners capable of checking it such as Noivern, Flygon, and Roserade are important. The former can also check Machamp and Tsareena.

Vaporeon serves as one of the tier's premier clerics, providing excellent utility. A good defensive typing in Water allows it to check dangerous Pokemon such as Chandelure, Inteleon, and Doublade i disagree that a fully specially defensive Vaporeon actually checks Doublade reliably, being heavily reliant on a Scald burn to actually do this as a +2 Close Combat does like 83-97% otherwise. (SD) Rhyp would be a better example probably. Ice Beam punishes Pokemon like Noivern and Tsareena who would otherwise switch in on Vapreon without risk The wording on this feels a little funny to me, you wouldn't ever really hard Noivern on a Vaporeon until you know it doesn't have Ice Beam, maybe talk about it letting you checking Noivern (while not letting taunt Noiv shut you down) instead, while Heal Bell assists teammates by providing status removal. Toxic is another option to nail Water-types such as Milotic and Mantine, while still preventing Non-Taunt Noivern from switching in freely. However, it loses out on hitting Roserade and the utility Heal Bell provides.

Teammates who take advantage of the Wish support that Vaporeon provides are good options. Weezing-Galar, Machamp, and Bronzong take advantage of being supported by Vaporeon. maybe you are a little pushed for space here, but I think it would be worthwhile talking about how (defensive) Weezing can benefit Vaporeon here by helping to check like Mamo/Sirfetch'd for it, due to it struggling to check them with a SpD spread. Machamp in particular can exploit Pokemon such as Umbreon and Milotic, while Vaporeon can check Noivern for Machamp. Vaporeon is especially vulnerable to Pokemon such as Reuniclus that aren't perturbed by Scald burns or Toxic, so teammates who can deal with these Pokemon are important. i would extend this point to include Heliolisk and Roserade too, and add a team option that can help check Heliolisk, eg. Roserade/Flygon, Escavalier is an especially good partner that not only benefits from Vaporeon's Wish support, but also appreciates Vaporeon dealing with Fire-types. In exchange, Escavalier deals with Grass-types such as Tsareena and Roserade for Vaporeon. I would try and get a brief mention of something that deals with Machamp given its one of the biggest issues for Vapo in general, Noivern would be a nice quick mention here that also covers Roserade too.

Vaporeon serves as one of the tier's premier clerics, providing excellent utility through Wish and Heal Bell support. A good defensive typing in Water allows it to check dangerous Pokemon such as Chandelure, Inteleon, and Rhyperior. These first two sentences can just be compressed into one tbh. Ice Beam punishes Pokemon like Roserade and Tsareena I'm not really sure why you originally removed Noivern from Ice Beam targets but add it back who would otherwise switch in on Vapreon without risk as Esta said just reword this part here. Change it to say it punishes Rose and Tsareena on the switch and prevents Noivern from breaking through it with Taunt, while Heal Bell assists teammates by providing status removal.

I assume these next members you are referring to value from wish support but as it stands, this just ends abruptly because you don't really link it well enough. Make this clearer by listing some examples like Rhyperior and Galarian Weezing as teammates that appreciate Wish support then go into how Weezing can also do this for Vaporeon... Weezing-Galar can check Pokemon such as Mamoswine and Sirfetch'd that can overwhelm Vaporeon.

Machamp in particular can exploit Pokemon such as Umbreon and Milotic, while Vaporeon can check Noivern for Machamp. I'm iffy on the wording here with using 'in particular', because you are jumping into something new about Machamp as if you've brought it up already when you haven't.

Vaporeon is especially vulnerable to Pokemon such as Reuniclus and Heliolisk that aren't perturbed You really made me have to Google this ._. by Scald burns or Toxic, Heliolisk can be annoyed by Toxic and it racks up damage when switching into hazards etc. I'd just solely refer to Reuni here when it comes to not caring about status or reword it so the Toxic part is only referring to Reuni so teammates who can deal with these Pokemon are important.

Again you don't really link the end of your last sentence to Escavalier being the teammate that is meant to check Reuni, you just go straight into Vaporeon checking Fire-types for it. Escavalier is an especially good partner that not only benefits from Vaporeon's Wish support, but also appreciates Vaporeon dealing with Fire-types. In exchange, Escavalier deals with Grass-types such as Tsareena and Roserade for Vaporeon.

Flygon checks Add Roserade here too Heliolisk and appreciates Wish support from Vaporeon I don't think Flygon is a Mon that particularly cares for Wish support to warrant mentioning it, while Noivern can check Machamp and Roserade. This point on Noivern feels like you just tacked it on the end. It is also able to check Heliolisk so just bring it up at the start and state it has the benefit of also checking Champ and Rose.
I've chopped up team options to make it easier to read. You should read over your team options section and focus on rewording some of this to make it clearer. The information is correct but it reads off like you aren't ending the points you make so it reads off weirdly. I can clearly see that Weezing is a benefiter of Wish support but the way this is written doesn't really imply this is the case for example.

I want to take another look at this when you implement it before giving QC 1/2 to check on this. Aside from this the content is good.

Edit: Checked over Discord this is good for 1/2

Can you add a line about an alternative EV spread, Phys def, and what it helps with. Vaporeon is pretty flexible in this manner so list the upsides and downsides of using this spread.

We decided physically defensive was best given that Vaporeon generally wants to tank hits from stuff like Cobal and Doub.

Vaporeon serves as one of the tier's premier clerics, providing excellent utility through Heal Bell and Wish support, while a good defensive typing in Water allows it to check dangerous Pokemon such as Chandelure, Inteleon, and Rhyperior (I'd consider including Doublade and Cobalion here, especially over Chandy which has a few ways of bypassing Vaporeon). Include a sentence on Heal Bell here. Ice Beam punishes Pokemon like Roserade and Tsareena on the switch, while also preventing Noivern from breaking it with Taunt. Toxic is another option to nail Water-types such as Milotic and Mantine, while still preventing Non-Taunt Noivern(this is phrased as if Noivern is being hit with Toxic on the switch, so does it matter if it's carrying Taunt?) from switching in freely(Toxic can also still prevent stuff like Rotom-C and Heliolisk from switching in freely so add that as well). However, it loses out on hitting Roserade and the utility Heal Bell provides. I'd consider removing this sentence just because Toxic is now on the main set and doesn't require mentioned drawbacks as much. Also - add a sentence on Haze here for its ability to better check Doub/Cobal while deterring setup Reun, but bring up its drawbacks. A physically defensive spread is also an option to better check Mamowsine and Cobalion, but does worse overrall against Pokemon such as Noivern.Obviously this portion needs a little restructuring. Bring up what physically defensive allows Vaporeon to do in a more positive light, then mention SpD in a similar fashion to how you previously brought up Def.

Teammates who take advantage of the Wish support that Vaporeon provides, such as Weezing-Galar, Bronzong and Rhyperior, are good options. Weezing-Galar can also check Pokemon such as Mamoswine and Sirfetch'd that can overwhelm Vaporeon. In addition, Escavalier not only benefits from Vaporeon's Wish support, but also appreciates Vaporeon dealing with Salazzle and Chandelure (maybe swap out these examples, since Salazzle isn't too relevant and Vaporeon isn't the greatest chandy check). In exchange, Escavalier deals with Grass-types such as Celebi and Roserade for Vaporeon. Heliolisk is annoying for Vaporeon, as it walls non-Ice Beam sets, so partners capable of checking it such as Noivern, Flygon, and Roserade are important. The former can also check Machamp and Decidueye find a more relevant example here please for Vaporeon.

2/2 when this is done

Implemented, if the Haze sentence sounds a little wonky its because I couldn't really find a way to name the drawbacks of Haze very accurately. Now ready for GP.
