I realize that this is already in its A&A stage, but why is Hydro Pump not slashed (or even mentioned) on the Choice Specs set? Of course the poor accuracy is offputting, but it gaurentees that Vaporeon OHKO the standard ResTalk Rotom-H with SR in play (Surf will never OHKO the same set), have a good chance to OHKO specially defensive Skarmory after SR (~84-100%), and a good chance to OHKO 4/0 Jirachi after SR (~84-99%). All of these seem to be pretty crucial targets, especially defensive Rotom-A.
