This thread is used to show the roles of different Pokemon, whether it be supports or offensive sweepers. There will be sections for Supportive and Offensive Restricted and Non-Restricted Pokemon. If there is a Pokemon that you think should be here but isn't, it is probably due to the Pokemon not seeing any success. If you feel a Pokemon should be here or is in the wrong section, let us know down below. Pokemon can also be in multiple sections. Do note that the Pokemon included here are on the Regulation I Viability Rankings with some exceptions.
DON'T just comment: "[pokemon] should/shouldn't be in [role]". Instead, you should write at least a sentence or two on why you believe in this. Feel free to ask any questions!

What are those dashes?
If there is a "|" in between Pokemon (or in some cases, before a Pokemon), that means that the Pokemon after it or that specific role on that Pokemon uncommon.
What does uncommon mean?
When something is categorized as "uncommon", sometimes the Pokemon is just not used very much, but still deserves a mention, such as Sneasler or Ho-Oh. On the other hand, "uncommon" could mean that a popular Pokemon can use an uncommon move/set, like Calm Mind Kyogre or Pollen Puff Calyrex-S.
Weather Abusers
Weather abusers ARE NOT Pokemon benefits from that weather for a simple reason, such as Rain beating out Fire for Scizor (just an example). This also means that there will not be Volcarona under Sun Abusers because Heat Wave gets boosted from the sun. There will be exceptions, however, like Urshifu-RS on Rain and Ogerpon-H and Chi-Yu on sun because they are staples of their respective archetype.
Setup Sweepers
Setup Sweepers are Pokemon that use stat-boosting moves to set up, like Nasty Plot from Calyrex-S. This DOES NOT include things like Trick Room Calyrex-I, but does include things like Meteor Beam.
Terrain Abusers
Psychic Terrain and Electric Terrain Abusers only include Pokemon that have a direct boost from the respective Terrain, i.e. Expanding Force and Quark Drive buffs. This will NOT include things like Urshifu-RS being safe from Thunderclap, Calyrex-I bring safe from Spore, Kyogre's Thunder getting boosted, etc.
If any further clarifications are needed, just DM me here or on Discord and I'd be happy to respond!
