Water Absorb VGS 4vs4
Hey guys this is my first RMT and its geared toward the VGS already underway as i am going to the one held on June 13th in Nashville. Here is my Psuedo-themed team titled "Vitamin Water"

My choices to start off my matches. Depending on my opponents lead pokemon I have two options for the first turn,
1- if there are status abusers like smeargle with Dark-Void, Any Hypnotizers, or the likes I double Sub. Seeing as my items will be used its a small price to pay to ensure I at least have protection from status for awhile. Not worried about fake-out/trick room seeing as i bred for the lowest speed iv's i could get.
2- If any others i just spam surf on both seeing as i gain sitrus berry amounts of h.p everytime with water absorb. This has got me far testing in double mode in battle tower. Dont know how this will fly against a real opponent.
Thunderbolt on Lapras/Icebeam on Vappy for bolt beam coverage
Roar is there for the likes of belly drum Snorlax,as i cannot OHKO him and cant allow him to set up on me after trick room is active. once i see him enter the field I immediately roar him as no one in there right mind wont try to belly drum with trick room active.
Cant decide on protect, as if i have a sub up it protects me from explosion altogether,Or Hidden Power ( H.p flying for Ludiculo/Shiftry, H.p fighting for Snorlax/Clefable, H.p Ground for Jolteon,or H.P Dragon for Kingdra) Suggestions very much needed!!!

- Rock Slide/Stone Edge
- Fake out/Brick Break
Sucker Punch for Stab Priority, Rock Slide for more damage,Fake out for first turn flinch, Brick Break for Lax. Protect is there to shield from EQ
and Explosion.

- Body Slam/Encore
Quagsire was bred to have the lowest iv's in speed as possible seeing it will at least go second after lax under trick room. Brick break for Lax, EQ and Surf for Stab while surf healing Toxicroak, Body slam For paralyasys chance late game or encore for the late game stat upper as it can buy me enough time to K.O
PROBLEMS
2/4 weak to electric moves
3/4 weak to grass moves(although not as common in doubles)
Semi-reliant on trick room
Rain dance teams stall it

Follow Me negation while using surf
Hp recovery with water absorb/dry skin while spamming surf
