Gliscor ironically becomes one of the best counters to itself when running Ice Fang, which I have seen used to win Gliscor wars while retaining useful coverage. Even if the opposing Gliscor uses SD as you switch in, you can SD yourself, take 27.9 - 33% from a boosted Stone Edge, and proceed to use Ice Fang for 70.2 - 82.7% worth of damage. The EV spread is taken from the one listed in the PS damage calculator, and since it's already faster than the one posted here, you win comfortably. With Roost, you are a consistent response to opposing Gliscor throughout the course of a match. Gaining a resistance to rock for one turn is also cool, making Stone Edge do even less damage and requiring your opponent to play prediction games with EQ (which still doesn't do enough).

LO Tornadus-T is able to switch in and OHKO Gliscor with Icy Wind. It takes a fair amount from Stone Edge, but is able to stomach the hit and heal up with Regenerator. Every other move Gliscor uses is more or less a free switch in for Torn, allowing it plenty of opportunities to flex, forcing Gliscor out with Icy Wind or threatening heavy damage with Hurricane.

I made some (slight) modifications to the BW set Landorus ran when Knock Off didn't exist and Hidden Power Ice was at base 70 instead of base 60. Turns out going back to HP Ice makes Lando-T Gliscor's worst nightmare. The EVs are designed to outspeed Gliscor and OHKO it with Hidden Power Ice. Expert Belt makes a nice bluff for a Choice Scarf and guarantees the OHKO. Rest goes into HP for filler, but Lando-T doesn't really need it to take care of Gliscor.
