opps my bad the double nature must have been an error when i was re-editing the list and updating it (when editing the post its really crowded)

really its illegal to run heat wave+icy wind on prankster? (i never read about it) and i'll just continue to mess around with my pokemon lol :D (although i do feel like changing my ponyta's item hmm... any other good suggestions?)
 
Heat Wave and Icy Wind are move tutor attacks from generation four, prankster is a dream world ability so there is no way to get the two on one murkrow.
 
Umm.... don't use scarfed sucker punch.....
I cant begin to explain whats wrong with that aside from you giving stuff like scraggy the opportunity it has been waiting for by setting up on something that quite literary cant touch it. Once your opponent figures out you're a scarf and you click the button saying 'sucker punch' you will have ferroseed and what not flocking in to spam hazards or set up in your face. I still struggle to see what icy wind does, put dark pulse in there somewhere and maybe drill peck.

Ok just recommendation. Get rid of scarfed murkrow. If you are using murkrow, use it for prankster. Or don't use it

Mienfoo - Hi Jump Kick/ Drain Punch and Payback, not two fighting STABs and use the Smogon EV spread

Chinchou - HP Grass over Ice Beam possibly and also Scald and Hydro Pump are preferred options to Surf

Murkrow - Fine if you wish to use it, personally I think its substandard without Prankster

Staryu - Hydro Pump is an option over Scald, other than that its excellent

Ferroseed - A superb defensive pivot although I would Spikes>Stealth Rock since they are more relevant in LC and Ferro has the bulk to set up multiple layers

Ponyta - A great sweeper, youve definitely overlooked Wild Charge which can defeat bulky waters other than Chinchou. I would use these moves Flame Charge Flare Blitz Wild Charge Return, if youre going for a Life Orb set, or Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Return, Bounce, if you want to keep it a Choice Band set.

I disagree with scarlequin.
Two fighting stabs on mienfoo are OK, especialy when you cant risk a ghost switching in or have scarggy set up on you if you mispredict with payback thinking ghost, drain punch is also good for some gradual healing to add to bulk.
Surf on chinchou is fine, hydro pump sucks.
He's kidding about murkrow right? that thing was banned in DP LC, even gligar wasnt back then.
Staryu can keep scald, pretty good for burnign mienfoo before it u turns.
Ferroseed should probably have stealth rock, more reliable than spikes and can deal more damage.
Ponyta is fine, never, ever use bounce on it. ever.
