CAP 11 Voodoom Playtesting

From my experience, Voodoom is decent, but IMO, he's not THAT good. Which, I suppose, is an improvement from some of the broken CAPs (like Revanankh.) He's definitely top tier, I would say, but he definitely is not Uber.
